Maximum strength desitin is the only diaper rash cream that worked for my boys. It clears up diaper rashes over night. This stuff works almost instantly. Usually after 2-3 hours it’s already making a big difference and eliminates a majority of the rash. I normally try to get the extra strength one for my 3 year old. We used to keep a tube at home and one in the diaper bag.

This is one of the only pastes that clear up our daughters diaper rash. She will get super red all of a sudden sometimes and if I put a little dab of this on the rash within a few ours she is soothed and her irritation seems to be almost non existent! This has been a life saver 

It' good cream, clears rashes up within a couple days. The consistency is great it doesn't smear off after putting on a diaper. My son has sensitive skin and is prone to diaper rashes so desitin is our go to rash cream it's gentle on his skin so there's never a worry of more irritation. I prefer the blue rapid relief over the purple cream but both work very well!
