This works great. Most of the time if my son has a small rash and we put this on it is cleared up by the next diaper change. That is if it not a bad rash. More intense rashes usually take about 24 hours to clear up with this. Just make sure baby's bottom is dry before putting it on.

My son has always needed to use rash cream. He is very sensitive to a lot of different things. It is so effective. The texture is great. The scent is good. The value for this product is amazing and I love. It’s easy packaging anytime he gets a rash I can put it on him and it takes it away by the next time I have changed his diaper.

This diaper rash cream is awesome. My son had terrible diaper rash some days when he was a newborn and this helped tremendously. Apply it day one, next day you will see the improvement. Not even day 2 but a few hours after. You just have to make sure to still changes baby’s diaper after a few hours... will recommend. And a little goes a long way. We were only gifted one tube of this and it lasted a long time cause a little goes a long way. we still have some but I threw it away cause it prolly is expired.

My family has used this for as long as i can remember and it has never proven ineffective. Any time the little ones have a diaper rash this is our go to and it works amazing. Its sensitive on the babies too. Its soothes the pain and makes them feel more comfortable.

This is a really good product clears up diaper rash really quick and completely prevent said if you use it Ahead of time The only thing I don’t like about this product is that the smell is horrible but I haven’t really smelled a diaper cream that smells good but this just smelled extra bad but it does get the job done

So far this has done the job for my sensitive baby’s diaper rashes. If you can get past the smell and the hard to clean part then you’re good. For me it’s all about my baby’s welfare so it does what is advertised. It’s perfect protection for over night or long trip (shipping) usage! I just lather it on and go.

This is the only cream I will use for my son, and for myself as well! It works great; between 1-2 days, and the rash is gone! So for the price it‚Äôs absolutely worth it! And my baby didn‚Äôt even care when I put it on him. It does stick though, so if you are just going to use your fingers, make sure you have some wipes nearby to get it off! 

My daughter got a horrible diaper rash one night. She was so red & raw & we couldn’t figure out why (turns out it was the mango tangerine juice we gave her, no more citrus drinks!). We had several creams that we had from our baby shower & samples from our baby registry. We were using an all-natural brand most of the time, but for this rash, it had no oomph. I went through our stash & found the desitin & VOILA!! The relief came & within 24-hours she was so much better. Now I won’t use anything but!

The max strength Desitin is seriously like the best thing ever. When I use this product on my children almost always the rash is gone the next day. It is the only kind that I like to use. It is very thick so it provides a great barrier for the skin to protect it while the ingredients work their magic. It has a very light scent. I 1000000% recommend this product if you have not tried it yet.

Hands down the best diaper rash cream I have ever used! It helps clear my sons rash up within a few hours of applying. I like the maximum strength better than the original strength from desitin. And of course if you care about the scent, it doesn’t really smell like anything to me haha.
