I've diapered 3 kids over 7 years...and counting! Hands down the Desitin Extra Strength is the best diaper rash ointment. We've used the regular strength, but for the same price it makes more sense to get the extra strength. Clears up any redness overnight!

I’ve used this on my other 2 kids when they were in diapers, and works best for them. Every other product I’ve tried couldn’t compare to this one. It’s not to pricey at all. I do plan to use this on my son if he ever catches a rash when he’s born.

Desitin maximum strength original zinc oxide paste works wonders and very cheap. I love Desitin maximum strength paste because it has always worked and heals up their diaper rashes quickly. I would absolutely recommend Desitin maximum strength original zinc oxide paste.

Just like original Desitin, this product is amazing! This is meant for the really bad rashes or for babies who get them frequently. It offers relief instantly, which is what's truly important when a baby is in pain. This product is a must for all parents!

The best for bad diaper rashes! When my daughter is teething this is our go too and the rash is almost gone overnight! There’s a ton of brands on the market now, but why mess with a classic! I’ve used this with both girls and it’s never let me down. 

My daughter has pretty sensitive skin, and she gets a red bottom quite often. This is the holy grail of butt paste. The price is decent and it works wonders. It is actually the only over the counter butt cream that the pediatrician has ever recommended for us.

Purple desitin is the only thing that works on my babies toughest diaper rash. She had a bad rash after honest company redid their diaper line. Such a bad rash that she was bleeding. My heart was broken for her because I couldn’t do anything about it other than changing her diaper brand and waiting. The best diaper rash cream you can ever get and so much better than the other. Its pretty affordable and does ehat it says. You can see the difference from day one itself. The consistency is think. I wish it had a noce smell to it. Definitely recommend this to everyone

This is a good product, great consistency, applies easily, heals most rashes within 2-3 days (when used properly and consistently). The only drawback I have is the cost. Equate brand works just as well as this does and is much cheaper. Works as a great barrier cream to help heal rashes in older adults though.
