Desitin has been around for ages! I remember it being at my grandmother's house, so of course I'm going to try something that worked so well for my grandma. And let me tell you, I have used it ever since my daughter was born. Well, when I needed to of course. It is fast acting and takes away any pain associated with the rash immediately. Usually clears it up in a day or two at most as well. I couldn't be happier with the product.

Knowing this product exists keeps me calm. The results are almost instant. It is the best of the best, and I‚Äôve tried most. Expectations were definitely exceeded. I also love that it isn‚Äôt expensive. I strongly recommend to others no other rash ointment compares. 

Use heavy amounts! That is what our pediatrician told us when baby got his first and only rash. This stuff is perfect and fast acting! At first I felt there wasn't much product but if you put it on heavy, rash will go away within a day or two! We will continue to but the max stength since it doesn't harm baby and it is so fast acting.

This is beyond worth the money. It clears my daughters diaper rash up in just one or two uses! I love the smell I don’t even know why I swear by this stuff. It goes on easy and cakes so it doesn’t come off as easy. It definitely does the trick . It takes forever to get through the smallest container of it. #LoveIt

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Both if my boys had food intolerances which led to TERRIBLE diaper rashes. This is the ONLY thing that healed them without making it hurt worse! Other creams would burn them, but this actually soothed and healed the bleeding rash in very minimal time!

This diaper rash cream is awesome. My son had terrible diaper rash some days when he was a newborn and this helped tremendously. Apply it day one, next day you will see the improvement. Not even day 2 but a few hours after. You just have to make sure to still changes baby’s diaper after a few hours... will recommend. And a little goes a long way. We were only gifted one tube of this and it lasted a long time cause a little goes a long way. we still have some but I threw it away cause it prolly is expired.

This is one of the only pastes that clear up our daughters diaper rash. She will get super red all of a sudden sometimes and if I put a little dab of this on the rash within a few ours she is soothed and her irritation seems to be almost non existent! This has been a life saver 

This is a very effective rash cream that I have used/tried on my daughter in the past when she was in diapers. This cream is a thick paste, has zinc oxide, it treats and prevents rashes, and only need use very little at a time. Whenever I need to use this on my daughters diaper rash her rash would be gone by the next 1-2 diaper changes. I do recommend it.

This always got rid of my kids diaper rashes within a day or two. I’ve tried other brands and they would do nothing while the rash would get worse, then we tried this and we haven’t swayed since. Not only is it affordable and inexpensive but it actually works.
