Desitin maximum strength original zinc oxide paste works wonders and very cheap. I love Desitin maximum strength paste because it has always worked and heals up their diaper rashes quickly. I would absolutely recommend Desitin maximum strength original zinc oxide paste.

Works pretty well, not my favorite but it gets the job done if that's what you have. Some others work much faster in my experience. I was even given a sample once by my pediatrician and it did ok. I still prefer another popular brand in a red tube more.

Because of that smell, I only use it when it is an absolute necessity. Instead, I try to use different products to avoid him getting diaper rash in the first place.
