If you need a diaper rash to go away, just put this and some baby powder and it will be gone within a day or two. Definitely a diaper bag must! I used this on both of my kids and they rarely had diaper rashes. I love it and will definitely continue to purchase it. 

I purchased DESITIN® Maximum Strength Original Zinc Oxide Paste to combat my baby's usual diaper rash. I appreciate the high concentration of zinc oxide which made for a significant protective barrier. However, it's very thick and not so easy to apply, they really mean it when they say it's a rich paste! I also noticed that it's not very comfortable for my baby, a bit too sticky. So, it works, but it's not my favorite product.

This saved my son's bottom!! My son started getting terrible diaper rash around 3 months old. I had used A&D and it stopped working, then tried Buttpaste, it didn't work either. Our pediatrician even prescribed medications - nothing worked! The rash would almost clear and then come right back. After three months of this, I grabbed this on a whim. IT WORKED! And not only that, the rash hasn't come back! Highly, highly recommended!

I had a friend recommended this product and I am very disappointed. I picked up some today at our local target and it was overpowering with a fishy smell and wasn’t mixed well when coming out, like it had separated. My daughter reacted when applying it so immediately wiped it off. I will not be purchasing again. Hopefully I can return product for a full refund.

My go to diaper rash cream!! My daughter got a horrible rash that looked like a burn and none of the other creams seemed to help as much as desitin maximum strength did. The pediatrician recommended we try this and I am so glad we did. I highly recommend this as a staple for any mom

This is the product I continually use on my 18 month old daughter. She is sensitive with diapers and gets a rash frequently. I use the destin and it clears her rash very quickly. The cream is very thick and the smell isn’t terrible. Overall great product and affordable.

We love love love desitin. It has helped us heal so so many diaper rashes even if they where really red! This helps it heal really fast too which is great because watching your little be in pain from a rash is never fun. I would recommend this to any parent!

This is hands down the best diaper cream I've ever used. I've tried everything before, but after a horrible rash that landed my son in a doctor's office, they recommended this to me and it cleared his rash up in 2 days! Within a few hours he was back to being comfortable again.

This cream Took my daughters diaper rash away over night! I only gave it 4 stars because I do not really like the way that it rubs on. It seems to thick. Overall, it is a good diaper rash ointment. I would definitsly use on my baby girl again if I need to! 

This has worked wonderfully for the worst of diaper rashes! It’s definitely my top choice. It did not irritate or burn my baby when I applied it and they seemed to be soothed shortly after. I highly recommend this product! I am very satisfied with how great it worked!
