My daughter was a preemie & used to get bad diaper rashes, so from the beginning we have been using creams & ointments to treat & prevent them! We have tried many different kinds/brands & Desitin Max Strength by far has been the best! It has helped to prevent many of her rashes from getting worse & has made some of her worst ones better! I would recommend it to anyone!!

One night after noticing an onset of a diaper rash coming, I put this on my little ones behind. The next morning when we woke up, the diaper rash was completely gone. It is an amazing product! I will  never use anything else on my little one if I see a rash coming on.

I love that it keeps the skin dry. But for my LO , it makes it extremely dry. So I use it only when really necessary. Also a little goes a long way. It needs a good wipe or wash to make it go away during the next change. Would recommend for someone who can take extreme dryness

Desitin I believe has always been a product of choice for years. Another nifty trick to these are for acne treatment, the 10% of zinc in the formula really helps dry out those last minute blemishes overnight leaving you ready for the next day no wonder they do such a great job at curing rashes almost instantly! 

Every time my kid had a rash, this was there to save the day! No issues, just messy as to be expected i guess. It exceeded my expectations because it always got rid of those rashes! As far as comparison goes id stick with it every time. Definately satisfied!

I absolutely love this diaper rash ointment. It’s my favorite. It’s immediately very soothing on a bad rash and treats it very well. I will use this then seal it in with Caldesene Baby Cornstarch Powder With Zinc Oxide!! My best combo yet! If the diaper rash is bad enough I’ll use an antifungal before the desitin.

Ok I saw this product on my feed and I had to say this . I am a Mommy to twin baby boys and this little gem here has been a lifesaver . I had tried many products for them , some even organic and this is the only one that worked . Healed without drying or irritating them . A must have !

with in hours of applying to diaper rash or chaffing spots you can tell that it is working! I love this product and I dont know which mommy wouldnt it fits perfectly into my price range!it ment my expectations and then some! I jave bought this product for baby gifts for baby showers for friends that are expecting and they love it too!
