use Desitin Max Strength Zinc Oxide Paste with my son and now with my niece and nephew! It’s a must-have for anyone with children in diapers or living in a hot climate. Rashes happen, and they can get bad—but this stuff is the perfect fix! I love how thick the paste is, ensuring it stays on the affected areas rather than rubbing off onto the diaper. Plus, a little goes a long way!

In my opinion, it's the best product. It's thick and stays on no matter how hard they play! I have a 15 month old and you can tell this gives him instant relief. It's inexpensive and can be found everywhere. Also works for adults when you have irritation.

The only diaper rash ointment I will ever use is this stuff right here. It is the holy grail of all diaper ointments. It doesn't matter if it's a mild rash or a bad flair, you always see a difference within a few hours of the application. The thick paste stays in place and does its job the way it's suppose too.!

This is a great diaper rash ointment. It gave my baby instant comfort after one application. Hos diaper rash redness lessened in just one use. It protected his skin from any further moisture exposure. I will use this on all my future children as well.

I like this desitin cream over the blue one. I have found that it works better and faster. I have cured many diaper rashes with this cream alone. I have found that using different types of cream however help cure rashes rather than use the same active ingredient creams all the time. It is in my top 3 and use it in my rash treatment cycle. It also smells better than the blue one slightly. 

This is the only diaper rash cream that will clear up my sons rash with 1-3 applications. I tried a couple others and he was still getting rashes until I tried this one and he was finally clearing up and it was preventing it. Since its maximum strength I apply it on the regular when I see a little pinkness but not constantly

When I run out of my usual stuff I grab this. It works well I am just not a fan of the bright white it leaves behind. It seems to get on EVERYTHING! But it is effective and fairly inexpensive! So it will always be my backup to keep diaper rash away! I'd recommend it.

This is the best diaper rash cream I have ever used! Great product! Ive used a ton of different creams and nothing else works like this one. I apply it one time to a diaper rash of any kind and it is gone within the next diaper change. Moms out there you need this product!
