I love it. It's hot and my baby is teething so she poops a lot, and with all the wiping comes a rash. Desitin was fast acting and it dried up her rash in just one day. I could tell a difference in her rash after the first use. It goes on thick and can get a bit messy but it does it's job well. This is definitely my go to product for my babies butt needs.

I have used this for all of my three children and I wouldn't change it to any other product. It works very well my 5 year old is very delicate and gets rashes all the time. This product works fast, and very efective. I definitely recomend it. üëçüëç

This is a thick cream. I am not a fan of the scent of this cream. It has a weird scent to it. It does work well though. It helps heal diaper rash quickly because of the high amount of zinc oxide. If you like thicker paste then I would reccomend this to you. It is affordable so I would repurchase it!

Rash be gone! After a single applocation, this cream helps say goodbye to that rash making baby unhappy. Easy to apply and so effective. A very small amount goes a long way in easing diaper rash discomfort. I would recommend this product over other. 

We love Desitin!  We are not daily diaper cream users so when we need to use it, we want to see rapid results.  This cream does not disappoint and stays on!  We see results after one use!  It‚Äôs also affordable and available at most major retailers.  I love that it comes in various sizes and multipacks!

This is absolutely the best baby butt cream. I use this every single night when I put her in her nighttime diaper and she never gets a diaper rash no matter how much she peas. If she ever gets a rash at daycare, I use this and it clears it up so fast. I won’t use anything else other than this at night and to clear any diaper rashes.

Between having talc and fragrance, I don't know which is worse! Certainly did not take into consideration sensitive skin by adding fragrance. And talc? Seriously why on earth did you put talc in this product? If it's causing ovarian cancer in women I can't imagine why it should belong in something you put on a baby! Never even opened the box, going to take it right back to the store and get my money back. No thanks. I'll find something else.

My go to diaper rash cream. My children always get rages while their teething and u can count on this to stop it in its tracks. It stays on baby and creates a perfect barrier to keep the rash from getting worse or spreading. Used at the first signs of redness or irritation, the rash will be gone by the next day

This is the only product that alleviates my childs diaper rash. Other brands have no effect at all. Good amount for the price. A little bit goes a long way so it lasts a while. I always have one for home and one in the diaper bag just in case we need it
