This is a lifesaver. When my babies got diaper rash, I applied it at night and it usually looks better in the morning. When they have diarrhea and needs to change the diapers quickly, it helps to add Vaseline with the Desitin cream. It really helps to keep it on the bum instead of sticking to the diaper.

I really like Desitin Maximus Strength. I used it in both of my kids and I was really satisfied. It looks like they like it too because now they ask for it every time they need it. It works fast, and the price is reasonable. I would totally recommend it.

Desitin is my go to when it comes to diaper rashes, I don’t usually buy the tubes because I run out of them so fast, but I always attempt to have one of these in my diaper bag. It works great for my kids diaper rashes. I don’t use any other product for that then desitin!

This stuff is amazing. I usually use Aquaphor, but for real serious diaper rash I've use Desitin. It works miracles. After applying it to major diaper rash from antibiotics, this stuff calmed and soothed really quickly. By the next time my little one was 99% better. 

Love this product so much! Heals baby’s rash super fast, and she is obviously less fussy when this is applied, because it really does quickly relieve the discomfort from the rash. This stuff is awesome! It 100% works and the price is pretty good. You get a good amount of product for a decent price. It also is a thick paste which I love instead of a runny lotion type. And the smell is pleasant and not over bearing like other products I’ve tried.
