Desitin is my go to product for rashes. It very effective for healing and recovering quickly. It helps prevent rash with very little product needed. It’s extremely thick. I don’t care for the scent much, but it works so I don’t care. Totally recommend.

This is my favorite desitin. My son has really sensitive skin and he was a "chunkier" baby, so he had rolls and he would get diaper rashes often. This product was amazing and I feel like it would heal the rash by the next day. I feel like this is my tried and true. I've used the store brand and it works, definitely, but I still prefer this specific product over all else. The price is good for the quality of product !

This paste works amazingly. I started using it after trying other brands and noticing that my baby diaper rash wasn’t going away. After one use, the rash went away. Now it’s a staple in our home. We use it even when there is no rash. That way we avoid it happening (because everything is about prevention). The scent can sometimes make you not want to use it, but I get over it quickly. The packing is great in the tube because you don’t need to use your finger on an extra tool to get the product out. Also, usually the price is very decent for the amount of product you are getting and how well it works. Overall, and awesome diaper cream.

I love using this once I start noticing redness and once it comes to the next diaper change it’s gone . This one is really good for night times . It’s really thick and long lasting and you don’t have to worry about your baby getting worse during the night . Also the times my kid had really bad diaper rashes he whines and squiggle when wiping (obviously) but as soon as I put this on you can tell it makes it feel much better .

Without getting into specifics, my baby had special needs that made for terrible diaper rash. Desitin maximum strength was 100% necessary for us getting through that time. We tried what feels like every product available but none compared to this for healing a sore bum.

I have tried multiple diaper cream for my daughter but this is the best one for normal use as well as for rash diaper treatment. You dont need to apply a lot for this, just a little amount is good, plus it will be hard to remove if you put a thick layer. If you want a try, buy a small tube first, then if you like it, you should buy a big bottle. It’s last so so long and easy to get the cream, I found it hard to get the cream from the tube, but with the bottle, it’s a game changer.

We keep all kinds of diaper creams in the house but this is by far the best if you have an active rash. This product is THICK and STICKY so it will stay on your baby’s skin even after they have wet thier diaper which is EXACTLY what you want and need when they have a rash!

We love Desitin products, and we definitely love this Desitin maximum strength , original zinc oxide paste. It is super effective excellent value for your money. This stuff works absolutely amazing. It clears up a rash immediately. It also helps with any little pain that they may be experiencing fthe rash usually within a few hours this Desitin clears up any irritation, I always recommend a new mommies and daddies. This stuff is amazing.
