This product is a every night use for my baby boy just to be safe it makes his butt feel so much better if it is just alittle bit red and will make the redness go away within 12 hours. It makes the pain go away as well which is awesome. I would recommend this to all mothers to use to make a rash go away fast.

Every new mom( in fact all moms) hate when you undiaper your baby and discover a red rash or worse ,a raw sore bottom. I have used Desitin products for years because they work. Easy to use and quickly help the area to heal.The white zinc paste leaves a protective waterproof layer to not only heal but helps in protection for the future.

Desitin is one of my go-to items for my baby/toddler. It prevents diaper rashes and especially since this is the maximum strength it is less likely that my child will get a bad rash. The texture is thick which makes me happy as I know it will buy me more time to change their diaper. If by any chance my baby does get a small rash it does alleviate it immediately and instantly. There is not much of a scent but I would put a towel under when using it because it is hard to remove a little on upholstery

My son gets diaper rashes a lot Since his skin is so sensitive I panicked and when he first got his first diaper rash I panicked then I went for the purple jar! I generously applied the cream and within 2 days the rash was completely gone. It was just a miracle worker and relief!

This is a great barrier cream for diaper rash. It coats well and provides great protection to the irritated skin.  This has always been my go to for my little girl. When my little girl was born she spent 7 weeks in the NICU and during part of that time she had needed something and Desitin was their cream of choice. It worked wonderfully for her so I‚Äôve always continued to use it over all other brands whenever needed. 

This is the only diaper rash cream that I have used and it works very well. It worked really fast which is also notable and important. It is pretty pricey, but almost all diaper rash creams are expensive. I would definitely buy it and use it again.

By far, the best cream I could have ever used for my son, he had a severe diaper rash a couple months ago, I was using the regular one back then until I switched to this maximum strength. His diaper rash improved in 2 days. You really don’t have to use much, a little goes a long way.

This diaper rash cream is amazing! It’s the only cream that I have found that works on my baby. I have tried a few other brands but the rash just would not go away until I started using this product. I use it after every diaper change and so far it has kept away any diaper rash! It doesn’t have a strong smell and it is the perfect consistency. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

For the first few months Lincoln was getting diaper rash really bad on his thighs no matter what diapers or wipes we used! So I eventually just put desitin on him every diaper change. Now we are a happy diaper rash free baby! Plus it’s super easy to use and travel with since it’s in a squeez tube!
