Got Desitin from a Dr because my little one had a rash, and it healed very quickly. Its better than the Boudreauxs Butt Paste Diaper Rash Ointment Maximum Strength. There isnt a strong smell and I suggest applying with the paste spatula, it helps get in all the folds

Do NOT waste your money on this. There is nothing more frustrating than your infant being in pain and using a product that is suppose to help, only to watch them suffer longer since it does not do as advertised. After DAYS of applying Destin Maximum strength at every diaper change, I finally had to use Aquaphor to heal my baby's diaper rash.

This was what we used the second he was born in the NICU. It’s such a great brand and works very well! If the NiCU can use it for the babies, then it has to be a great item! I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a safe and reliable baby bottom paste.

Non-irritating and classic. My mother used this stuff back in 1990 when my baby brother was born. He was very susceptible to diaper rashes. He'd get these terrible, raised, red, raw rashes in his diaper area. Mom would apply a nice thick layer of this & he'd instantly be relieved. I remembered that 25 years later when I became a mom. I've had my tube since my now-six year old was a baby. I use the same tube on my 1 year old. It lasts forever. It takes such a small amount & a little goes a long way. It heals very quickly too. Amazing, thick, a little messy at times, but worth every penny. It's so thick that you don't really have to reapply at every diaper change. It's almost "water resistant".

I have been using this since my two kinds were born and just had another baby. 16oz is MUCH MUCH MUCH better than the tube! I was disappointed to learn this has been discontinued. What made you guys decide to discontinue such a great product? How can I recommend if this is no longer available?!?!

When ever my son has a diaper rash this is always my go too. Desitin is a very affordable brand in my opinion and it is soft scented and it is a thick formula which in my opinion worked better to clear the rash. I will always turn to the maximum strength one since it always worked for us.

My child never really had diaper rashes but when he did they were really bad. I've tried many other brands and Destin is really the only one that I can put on my son and by his change change the diaper rash would be gone. I would recommend this product to anyone who has babies or toddlers in diapers.

This product is affordable, easy to find at most stores, and effective. Now the smell is not a favorite of mine, it’s worth it for a product that works and works quickly. Would recommend to moms and dads looking for something handy to throw in the diaper bag!
