This one worked more for my son than my daughter don’t know why... but it saves his poor little toosh and those really rough days. Both my kids have super sensitive skin and this way a great product, healed his bum and is incredibly affordable as well as you can find it almost anywhere.

I absolutely love this product it went on so smooth and easy and didn't your take my kids but so yes I enjoyed it there is nothing bad about this product is never broke my kid out it's always been good and it's not overall expensive I was very satisfied

If your little one has a bad diaper rash, this is the product to help with that! My little one was a few weeks old when he had his first diaper rash. I was worried about putting just anything on him and did not want him to be hurting. After applying the maximum strength Desitin, he had some relief and the rash was gone in no time!

This product worked great for protecting the affected area and allowing it to heal. It kept my child comfortable and less irritated while the rash wash healing. It was reasonably priced compared to other products in the market. I was overall generally satisfied with this product.

This diaper rash cream worked amazingly well for my child’s diaper rash when it was pretty severe. I had originally tried the regular (blue bottle desitin rapid relief) one but I only really used that one if it was a mild diaper rash that he had. If your child’s diaper rash is a bit more severe then I would definitely recommend using this maximum strength zinc version of this ointment (purple desitin bottle) I found that the purple bottle worked wonders and really kept my child’s diaper rash away. Happy baby = happy mom :)

You can try buying other brands but they'll never work. Awesome is all I can say. ive tried other brands for my baby but without a doubt this is definitely the best smelling and keeps baby skin soft and smooth. I totally only buy this brand and I do definitely recommend it will fix issues quickly

I always have Desitin Maximum strength original zinc paste on hand still to day. I love it. I have one in each bag Nd drawer. When my child was little I always but it on her to protect her from getting a diaper rash. She think she should still have Desitin on still today.

This extra strength Desitin has been our go to for the past month or so. My daughter has very sensitive skin and when she goes near any type of water she always breaks out in the diaper rash from her swim diaper. This cream really is the most heavy duty cream that we could find and definitely clears up her diaper rash within two days. Was also recommended by her pediatrician!

My favorite paste to prevent diaper rashes! Love the thickness of it and how easily it is to spread and also love the tube and being able to squeeze it out. The smell is something I’m used to, but could be a bit better. I keep at least three on hand, one in our living room, one in my diaper bag and a third in my backup diaper bag!

This product works wonders! Some babies have sensitive skin and get rashes quick this clears it up before it has a chance to get worse love it it is somethimg i always keep around just in case my son gets a daiper rash. It keeps moister from gettimg to the spot thats irritated great product!
