Destin Maximum Strength Original Zinc Oxide paste is very good It not only for babies but adults can use it too. I used it on my grandmother when she was a live. It cleared up rashes in a week. I definitely would recommend this ointment to my friends and family..

I like to use this at night for the baby. He hasn't gotten a rash yet! When his little baby booty does get a little red this clears it up fast and has his skin back to normal. It is easy to spread and a little hoes a long way. I would recomend this to everyone

Desitin used to be my go to treatment for both of my baby girls, it healed their rashes practically overnight and had a pleasant "baby smell" that I remember from when my own sisters were babies over twenty years ago. Quite recently however, Desitin has changed their maximum strength paste formula, and it no longer heals my daughters' diaper rashes! My youngest cries when it is applied to her rash, and it does not help it to go away, despite her pediatrician confirming that she simply has typical diaper rash. I will be searching stores for older containers of Desitin maximum strength ointment, and I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by this change in what used to be a phenomenal solution to my children's pain.

It does wonders, I do not know at what moment my son started with chronic chafing, but this cream really was his salvation, it really helped him too much, the change was noticed as soon as I started using it, now it is indispensable in my home, the truth is I feel very happy that it really serves my son and does not need too much product, if they ask me if I recommend it, what if and if I will also buy it again

This product is amazing, I use it for my toddler and it’s the only thing I use. It met my expectations in every way, my poor baby’s rash is always mostly gone or 10 times better within the day. I don’t know about alternatives because I won’t get anything besides this!!!

Recently used Desitin Maximum Strength and corn starch on my daughters antibiotic induced diaper rash. Within minutes my daughter calmed down and stopped pulling at her diaper area. After changing her diaper an hour later the redness and slight sweeling has gone down. I would recommend to anyone.

Purple desitin is the only thing that works on my babies toughest diaper rash. She had a bad rash after honest company redid their diaper line. Such a bad rash that she was bleeding. My heart was broken for her because I couldn’t do anything about it other than changing her diaper brand and waiting. My baby hardly gets diaper rashes but when he does, I just add a bit of desitin and less than 12 hours the rash is gone. This product is already awesome but wish there was a spray instead of a cream so I wont have to get it on my fingers. I'm however 100% satisfied with the product!
