Of course , the one and only diaper paste we use. Thankfully our little girl doesn't get severe butt rashes , but when she does, this is what always makes it disappear! Within hours it's gone. The max strength Desitin is seriously like the best thing ever. When I use this product on my children almost always the rash is gone the next day. It is the only kind that I like to use. It is very thick so it provides a great barrier for the skin to protect it while the ingredients work their magic. It has a very light scent. I 1000000% recommend this product if you have not tried it yet.

The texture of Desitin is kinda thick, but it's easily spreadable. I've used this for all four of my children. I would highly recommend this product. It's worth the value. My only complaint is the scent is sort of like a fake plastic key smell. It's not really pleasant.

Our go to for diaper rash, this is hands down the best bum cream when baby has bad diaper rash. Pro tip: make sure they are totally dry (use a wash cloth or the diaper to pat the skin) before you apply, or the cream will trap the wetness in and make the rash worse.
