Seriously, don't waste your money on anything else! I bought a lot of different brands before I had my kids (in preparation), but this stuff is the absolute best. It will nip that diaper rash in the bud, it's a miracle cream. Diaper rash is not something you want to take your time with because your little ones bum will make them scream in pain. So buy this and use it right when you notice redness! 

So glad my daughter is able to use this product. This is the very first butt cream I ever tried, that was 17 years ago and my love of this product has not went anywhere. I have recommended this product to my younger sisters and they thanked me and are still using it.

I’ve been using this on my children since they were born and I only use this one not the blue one.. it’s thicker and seems to work faster than the other version.. I use this whenever my children get a diaper rash and since my youngest is still getting use to wiping on her own she gets little rashes and this clears her up every time.. it’s a total life saver and doesn’t rub off!!!

One of the best and fastest working ointments i have ever tried on my babys bum. Some times when they use the bathroom their dooty becomes a little acidic. Which gave my child a bad diaper rash after using this 3 times it cleared it right up! Best ointment in my book.

This works amazing. The only thing that worked for my kid. Affordable and works perfect. Gets rid of diaper rash quick and effectively, all without harming, burning or irritating her skin. I definitely recommend it. Painless, easy to use, effective, baby approved and recommended.

I think Desitin maximum strength is the best rash cream. My oldest son gets diaper rashes a lot and I have to use this on him. Here's a tip that I have found helpful: In order for a cream to prevent and get rid of rashes make sure you dry the area on your babies bum first. Desitin is supposed to lock out moisture but if your baby's bum is damp and he/she has a rash and then you apply this it will lock in the moisture that is already on their bum. It seems common sense but I didn't really know that until another mom online wrote about this.

The absolute best diaper rash ointment out there. By the next diaper change redness is completely gone and the pain and irritation seems to be gone, as my little one, doesn't complain when I change their diaper. Easily affordable, and most drugstores carry it. 

Awesome diaper rash cream. Litteral in one diaper change it healed 70% of my daughters diaper rash. She is very prone to getting rashes easy and I was given this cream for my baby shower and once I used it.i never had a need to try any other diaper rash cream.

The texture of Desitin is kinda thick, but it’s easily spreadable. I’ve used this for all four of my children. I would highly recommend this product. It’s worth the value. My only complaint is the scent is sort of like a fake plastic key smell. It’s not really pleasant.
