This is the ONLY cream that works, don’t waste your $ on anything else! They actually put a level of Zinc Oxide to heal quickly! Other brands that I researched had 50% less and it definitely showed when applied! This also seemed to be one of the only creams that was thick enough to stay on ALL NIGHT and that didn’t sting my L.O. when applied. I will only buy this and only recommend this to anyone with babies!!

I have always kept destin my in my home with my little ones along with a couple other creams. It has worked well to help with any diaper rashes and been sore bottoms with my oldest. As the kids get older sometimes they don’t get quite as clean as i would clean them and them they get sore bottoms this works well.

Works great for protection against diaper rash and moisture! Kinda freaks my daughter out when we put it on but over all we really like this product. Covers nicely once it's warmed in your hand a bit. Doesn't have a strong odor either! Would definitely recommend to other parents!

This is the one and only diaper cream I will use for my children. I also am an infant teacher & suggest this to all my parents. It treats the rash so quickly & effectively. The smell isn’t “bad” like some other creams. But I worry more about effectiveness rather than smell.

This product works wonders for my little one.  She regularly gets rashes on her bottom in the summer months from sweating and this helps quickly clear it up.  I think one small improvement would be to have a different type of tip for the cream to come out of as it is very easy to get around the lid, which can cause the lid to not close properly.

I've used this cream with all 3 of my babies. This diaper cream is thick which coats easily and stays on even in wet diapers. Thia size tube goes a long way as not much is needed to rid a baby of diaper rash. I would highly recommend to any new mom who has a baby suffering with diaper rash. 

My daughter has pretty sensitive skin, and she gets a red bottom quite often. This is the holy grail of butt paste. The price is decent and it works wonders. It is actually the only over the counter butt cream that the pediatrician has ever recommended for us.

Gold standard for treating diaper rash. Works extremely fast to clear the irritation up on your LOs sensitive areas, especially if the rash is from being allergic to the diaper. Allergic/irritant contact dermatitis is super painful and the skin is sooo sensitive! Don’t mess with any other product and risk further irritation;, Desitin is the #1 brand for a reason! And the purple tube is incredible.

Okkaaayyy! This stuff right here was a godsend for my sons. They would get mi or diaper rashes so I'd just put a little on after cleaning each diaper change. But wait... my third son had a really blustery rash and I put this on faithfully for at least 5 days and his redness was all gone and the bumps had darkened and were beginning to heal. So yes, this is a must have for all babies. Just put a little on its thick and a little goes a long way. Good luck moms!
