This is my all-time go to diaper rash cream I won't use any other brand of diaper rash cream this cream works the best and the rash is gone within a couple hours it's like a miracle worker I definitely do recommend using this brand I will be buying again

I've used desiring for years because I have carcinoid syndrome which causes constant diarrhea and consequently severe pain and skin breakdown. Desiring was the only cream that worked. It was thick and stayed in place. I stocked up and when I ran out and bought more I discovered the formula has changed. It's horrible. I bought the big jar and go through at least one a month. I will be looking for another brand now. I no longer consider your brand to be one I trust or would recommend.

What happened to Desitin?....it used to be great....I used it for each of my 8 children....now when I have my grandchildren it is a totally different product...it is watery and doesn’t spread on the skin...i raved about it any my baby moms wonder how I ever used it....what did you do to make it so bad?

The maximum strength is awesome!! It could clear a rash in no time at all. It is very affordable for what it does and how quickly it gets the job done. It is very thick which is my only complaint. I definitely recommend to anyone that needs a good diaper rash cream

This is what all three of my son's used at the first sign of redness. It works quickly and helps heal diaper rash before it starts to really hurt your baby. I am very happy with the brand and will continue using it for my baby. I highly recommend giving it a try if your baby needs it.

Love this my baby got really bad rashes and this was the stuff to got to this really helped her within minutes the rash was better i really recommend this product a 100% is affordable and even if it was a little high price it doesnt matter you want the best of the best for your baby.

This is the ONLY diaper rash cream I use . I love this stuff , my daughter uses the bathroom a lot and always has rashes and this cures it within MINUTES , she can be bright red and when I put this on for a few minutes it can start to clear up already it’s amazing stuff !

I try a lot, this the only one I trust ,works fast. If your baby gets a diaper rash and this can't clear it up, you need to be calling the doctor. This is a great product. My child doesn't get them frequently but when she does they're awful and no parent worth a grain of salt can stand to see their babies hurt.

My daughter has a pretty sensitive booty. This is one of a couple different diaper rash creams that work for her. I like that it kinda paste-y and not creamy because it seems to last a little longer. I’ve noticed that creams will rub off almost instantly while the pastes will mostly stay on until you wipe it off. It does have a distinct smell, one that will bring back memories of your mom changing diapers. Lol but it’s not that bad. I have recommended it to other moms and I will continue to do so.
