Omg I love this paste, it instantly starts to work when my daughter was in the nicu I seen the nurses was using it to prevent the diaper rash. As my daughter is getting older she has been getting rashes so I remembered the DESITIN from the NICU. It’s a instant relief for my baby girl and it works extremely fast, definitely have not worried about a diaper rash in awhile

This is my go to diaper rash cream. I'm usually like to use more “natural” products on my kids but nothing works like this. It is very effective and any rash clears up in one use. The texture is thick and creamy. The only thing that I do not like about is the smell. It has a very strong and lingering smell and I have to really scrub my hands to get the smell off.

I don’t used this cream every time I change my baby’s diaper, I use a barrier ointment for that, but for the times when she gets a little rash I used this paste. It works wonders! If she has a rash it can usually be cleared up by the next day! What I like most about it is that it is not sticky and it doesn’t have a strong fragrance. I highly recommend for server rashes.

I have only used this brand. I dont need to try others when i found the right choice the first time. It isnt harsh. Its very soothing to my babys skin. I place it on her the first time I see the slightest bit of red. Also after bath time or right before bed. I put the smallest amount because it goes a long way.

My son gets diaper rashes often and Desitin Maximum Strength is the only diaper cream that works!  His rashes tend to get very irritated almost to the point of bleeding at times but as soon as I put the Desitin I notice a difference within one diaper change.  This is the only cream that I buy because of how well and fast it works.

My poor little man had such bad stomach problems feom his antibiotic. His little bum was so sore and as many times before desitin is always there to help at a great price! He did not scream as ai put this on and not only does jt help heal it also makes a barrier to prevent any more damage. 

Never leave home without it! But really, I keep this in the diaper bag, a travel size in the zipper compartment just in case, and in the changing table at home. This stuff gets everywhere, which is annoying, but it doesn’t matter because it works! When my daughter has a diaper rash, be it from heat, new foods, or just because, this clears it up so fast and provides her with instant relief. I’ve been using it for two years and it hasn’t failed me yet.

Let's be real diaper rashes are inevitable! Poop gets everywhere no matter what you do! This cream will clear up any rash! I have used it multiple times on my son and he has never felt any discomfort after application. Within 24 hours everything is all cleared up!

Life saving product! My daughter had the worse rashes and I had tried everything even homemade stuff, this was the only think that helped! Has a great prices and works by the next diaper change! Good consistency so I didn't go through to quickly. Must have!

I don't understand why they use lanolin in this formula. Lanolin is a common allergen and you won't know if that's an issue until you try it on a rash and it gets worse, not better (we learned the hard way). The Rapid Relief version doesn't have lanolin, so if sensitive skin runs in your family, you are probably better off sticking with that, in spite of being much lower strength - that or seek out the other brand of rash "paste".
