My daughter was a preemie & used to get bad diaper rashes, so from the beginning we have been using creams & ointments to treat & prevent them! We have tried many different kinds/brands & Desitin Max Strength by far has been the best! It has helped to prevent many of her rashes from getting worse & has made some of her worst ones better! I would recommend it to anyone!!

This stuff works like a charm on diaper rash after one or two applications and keeping the child dry as possible it helped get rid of the rash and protect the skin. Any off brand will do but this does the job quickly. Just wear gloves or wash hands good since it’s greasy.

This is our go to diaper cream for two kids now. It’s thick covers well, smells pretty go and keeps baby bums comfy. It spreads well and doesn’t stick to clothes if accidentally touched. (You can wipe it away with a wet washcloth easily.) We keep one at daycare, one in the diaper bag and one at home!
