This is the best diaper rash cream I’ve tried. The only thing that would make this better is if someone created a product where they mixed aquafor with Desitin to make a balm or paste or something so I didn’t have to use both! This is great for helping heal up diaper rash when it starts and also preventing it.

Tried and true, we keep this near our changing station and in a diaper bag at all times. This helps prevent and treat diaper rash just as it should. A good reliable product. Very thick formula helps to create a barrier which helps with pain when they already have a rash. This is our favorite diaper rash cream for the babies. It has helped treat and prevent diaper rashes. Once we put this on, it works immediately and you can see reduced rash or completely eliminates the rash by next diaper change. It works like magic! We’ve repurchased this a few times already and highly recommend this product!

This is my favorite desitin. My son has really sensitive skin and he was a "chunkier" baby, so he had rolls and he would get diaper rashes often. This product was amazing and I feel like it would heal the rash by the next day. I feel like this is my tried and true. I've used the store brand and it works, definitely, but I still prefer this specific product over all else. The price is good for the quality of product !

I love using Desitin for a go to diaper cream. It really reduces redness and bumps that my baby sometimes gets from her diaper, and has a thick texture which is soothing. I’ve also used it on my hemorrhoids and it has helped tremendously there too! Highly recommend!

Love this product ive tried many others on my daughters stubborn rash and this is the only one that actually improved her rash and kept it away. Usually she fights diaper changes and she doesnt when we use this. Goes on smooth and simple, clean up is no different then any other cream. Cost is great

use Desitin Max Strength Zinc Oxide Paste with my son and now with my niece and nephew! It’s a must-have for anyone with children in diapers or living in a hot climate. Rashes happen, and they can get bad—but this stuff is the perfect fix! I love how thick the paste is, ensuring it stays on the affected areas rather than rubbing off onto the diaper. Plus, a little goes a long way!

This product works great when baby has a red bottom. Super thick so it doesn’t rub off easily which means the product stays on longer and acts as a barrier against anything else drying out or further irritating the skin. Will definitely purchase again

I will never use anything besides this cream for my baby‚Äôs booty! Works great and anytime my son‚Äôs bottom gets a little red, I put some of this on him and it clears right up. It is very thick and stays on well for a long period of time. Doesn‚Äôt really have a smell. 

My son has always needed to use rash cream. He is very sensitive to a lot of different things. It is so effective. The texture is great. The scent is good. The value for this product is amazing and I love. It’s easy packaging anytime he gets a rash I can put it on him and it takes it away by the next time I have changed his diaper.
