My first child had super sensitive skin and got diaper rash before we found our holy grail of diapers- I used multiple diaper creams and none helped until this one. Now if I see even slight redness I will apply a small amount and it will be gone within hours. It’s magical. Highly recommend.

This is my go to for diaper cream. My first born had alot of diaper rashes and they would get so bad that he would bleed. After a day or two of using this cream he would be back to normal. It was really thick and the oil base allows it to stay on your baby's skin in between diaper changes.

This works great! My baby usually doesn't get baby rashes but when he does this thing works like magic. The rash will only last a day and then he doesn't have it anymore. Have been buying this cream since he was born. The tube lasts a long time which is great. Would definitely recommend to other moms. 

We love desitin with all our kids. The maximum has always started clearing up even the worst rashes in just 1 use. My youngest we had to switch to a pharmacy made kind because he had super sensitive skin but other than that this has always been amazing. If your baby gets frequent rashes this is a great one for long term use. It is not drying or irritating on sensitive baby skin. There is no strong scent or color. I dont necessarily notice a difference between this and the original, but I've never had an issue with either one.

This has been such a life saver for my son because he has gotten diaper rash quite a bit and everytime it takes it away completely within hours I love that it dosent take long because diaper rash can be so painful. And also it dosent burn or hurt him when using it

This stuff is amazing. I usually use Aquaphor, but for real serious diaper rash I've use Desitin. It works miracles. After applying it to major diaper rash from antibiotics, this stuff calmed and soothed really quickly. By the next time my little one was 99% better. 

This is one of the only pastes that clear up our daughters diaper rash. She will get super red all of a sudden sometimes and if I put a little dab of this on the rash within a few ours she is soothed and her irritation seems to be almost non existent! This has been a life saver 

Every time my kid had a rash, this was there to save the day! No issues, just messy as to be expected i guess. It exceeded my expectations because it always got rid of those rashes! As far as comparison goes id stick with it every time. Definately satisfied!
