Desitin Maximum Strength is truly effective, just as advertised. It provides immediate relief for my children's rashes. There is a light blue variant for daily use, but personally, I prefer this deep purple one because it offers superior and fast healing. Usually, it takes about a day for my children's skin to return to normal, and in more severe cases, it may take around two days. I have been using this product for 5 years on my two children and always recommend it to other new parents.

The BEST diaper rash cream EVER! My entire family swears by Desitin Maximum Strength. It's not super affordable, but if you get the big tub of it you can make it stretch a while. It's great for bad rashes. Our littles used to get bad rashes with certain diapers so we'd smother it with this and it'd be gone within a day.

Like is said with the Butt paste, I think this is comparable to that. In that it works about the same but maybe desitin is a tad bit cheaper so that‚Äôs a plus. It actually smells weirdly good to me. It‚Äôs the only diaper rash cream I‚Äôve ever gone through a whole bottle of because my daughter hasn‚Äôt ever got many rashes before. 

Desitin is a product I swear by! I had first used it years ago while I was working at a daycare, and I saw the difference it made. I bought some prior to my first baby being born, and I'm so glad I did! He's only 6 days old today, but he's got a bit of a rash from trying to figure out a schedule and feeding, and so I've been keeping this on him. I've already noticed a difference, and his bum is a lot less red and irritated already. I love that it's thick, because it lasts until next diaper change, and you just know it works!

First of all I was really disappointed that the Desitin that I recently bought does NOT smell the same. It used to smell more like it belonged on a baby, like a baby powder smell. I really don't like the new smell. Also, in the inactive ingredients there is talc. That makes me nervous. Didn't you learn your lesson? Does this Desitin have talc in it which contains asbestos like your other powder did? And, lastly, yes you need to bring back the 16oz tub, with the old smell, and no talc.

This product is so amazing and fantastic. This happen sooth l my child's skin when she has a very bad diaper rash. It also speeds up the health information time by an incredible amount. I would recommend this to all parents. This product is my favorite diaper rash cream.

This has protected my son's bottom the way no cream has been able to (he has sensitive skin). It was recommended by my family physician for his recurrent diaper rash because it has the highest concentration of zinc oxide (great barrier), but is still pliable enough to apply easily. But the 16oz tub is far more convenient for use at home. Please bring it back!

this product works and delivers! baby having a little rash? or massive rash? looks red? - rub some of this on it and boom!! might not completely take it away at 1st but few more adds & it will. BUT be careful because a little goes a loooooooooong way. and this stuff isn’t the easiest to wipe away. it does leave a white film on baby.
