I give this Desitin Maximum Strength Original Zinc Oxide Paste diaper rash cream a 5 stars! Why? Because this is the fastest acting diaper rash cream I’ve ever used on my son! I’m usually on the fence about what I apply to my sons body but this doesn’t irritate him whatsoever. It takes his rash away almost IMMEDIATELY. Literally the rash is pretty much if not fully gone by the next diaper change! I’m not kidding this (in my opinion) is one of the quickest diaper rash creams out there hands down.

Ive used desitin with all 4 of my children and it seems to work the best out of everything Ive tried. It protects the skin well so they dont get rashes. If I saw any redness starting Id apply this right away and it would prevent the skin from getting worse.

Desitin is another product I used with my first baby and am currently using with my second baby. Desitin has been around for quite some time and their ingredients are safe for babies! It’s always nice to have on hand in case of diaper rashes. It clears them up quick!

This is a really good product clears up diaper rash really quick and completely prevent said if you use it Ahead of time The only thing I don’t like about this product is that the smell is horrible but I haven’t really smelled a diaper cream that smells good but this just smelled extra bad but it does get the job done

With my youngest he had major butt rash all the time. Anything without zinc didn't help this stuff worked wonders at getting his bottom healed and helping with the pain. We applied it after every diaper change and by diaper three his bottom was always clearer and longer swollen. 

My son had awful diaper rash when he was little and I lathered him up with this one evening. By that next night it was completely gone and he was the happy giggly baby again. I always used this with my kids and loved it. The price is good and well worth it

My son has severe sensitive skin and gets diaper rashes all the time. His pediatrician recommended me to use a brand that had 40% zinc to help prevent diaper rashes. This diaper cream has exactly that. I use this product every single time I change my sons diaper and since we go through a lot and children cost a lot buying this bigger size container saves me a lot of time of going to the store so much to buy more. I am way over satisfied with this product.

I like desitin because it helps with diaper rashes so I bought the big tub. I thought it was a good idea to purchase the Tub until I realized that It wasn’t sanitary to keep dipping the same finger in there after applying the cream to baby diaper area. I prefer a tube.

I still like to use the regular Desitin, but this is good for temporary use. My baby had diaper rash and several diaper rash creams were not clearing it up. The desitin maximum strength cleared up the diaper rash in just a couple of days. It’s harder to wipe off, but it does work.

Destin maximum strength is honestly in my opinion the best diaper cream out there it’s inexpensive and it does the trick. When my daughter would get a bad rash I would use this and seriously her rash would be gone practically over night. I highly recommend this!
