With my youngest he had major butt rash all the time. Anything without zinc didn't help this stuff worked wonders at getting his bottom healed and helping with the pain. We applied it after every diaper change and by diaper three his bottom was always clearer and longer swollen. 

I bought this on a recommendation from my sister in law who swears by it but when the diaper rash just wouldn’t give this just didn’t work for us. I also hated how difficult it was to truly wipe the diaper area clean with this cream. We do not buy it anymore.

I've diapered 3 kids over 7 years...and counting! Hands down the Desitin Extra Strength is the best diaper rash ointment. We've used the regular strength, but for the same price it makes more sense to get the extra strength. Clears up any redness overnight!

This diaper rash cream is AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! My son doesnt get bad diaper rash but he gets raw when he poos frequently in a day. Usually he will get red in the folds of his legs and right where his butt cheeks touch. One application and it's gone. .

I keep this product all the time if i run out i buy another one even if i dont need it at the moment. This i believe is better when it is stored at cool places otherwise if its too hot it melts. I find it easier to apply when its consistency is thick. I love it my daughter heals fast from diaper rashes with this

I recieved this for my baby shower and I'm so glad I got it. My son had gotten a small rash a few days after being born. I used this for a week and his rash went away. I would say it works just as well as Boudreau's Butt Cream. I make sure to have a tube of this at the changing table, the diaper bag, and I also have a spare tube, just in case!

We love Desitin!  It works great for diaper rashes, and works so much better than other brands we've tried.  Previously we tried some brands that seemed harsh, the baby would cry when applied.  This is soothing and calming and takes care of diaper rash quickly.  It's also great as preventative! 

My go to diaper rash cream. My children always get rages while their teething and u can count on this to stop it in its tracks. It stays on baby and creates a perfect barrier to keep the rash from getting worse or spreading. Used at the first signs of redness or irritation, the rash will be gone by the next day
