My daughter has very sensitive skin, especially when it comes to her private. We have to be very particular with diapers and diaper rash creams. Desitin is the only diaper rash cream we have found that clears up her rash as opposed to simply making it worse. We have tried store brand equivalents and they do not work. They make her rash worse. I don't know what it is about this cream, but it is incredible and the only one we will be purchasing. Love it.

By far, the best cream I could have ever used for my son, he had a severe diaper rash a couple months ago, I was using the regular one back then until I switched to this maximum strength. His diaper rash improved in 2 days. You really don’t have to use much, a little goes a long way.

We keep all kinds of diaper creams in the house but this is by far the best if you have an active rash. This product is THICK and STICKY so it will stay on your baby’s skin even after they have wet thier diaper which is EXACTLY what you want and need when they have a rash!

My go to to irritation in diapers. I let the bum breath and always make sure that it's not moist or wet when put on it. If its irritated and red always pat dry after an oatmeal bath. Then let baby skin dry and apart dry dont use a lot of baby wipes to make it worse. Put this kn after and the skin will heal. I had to use it with my son whn he had bad irritation until we figured out which diapers he wasnt sensitive to. It was a life saver and the skin cleared up with a few days. Never put on unless skin is dry.

An essential for any parent. Using a thick layer of this stuff always cleared up diaper rash in our house. Just make sure to apply liberally or you won't see much of a change in the rash. Never caused irritation. The smell is a little strong, but I'd rather my baby smell like diaper rash cream than have the rash! 

This works amazing, i only use it when my baby has diaper rash and by the next diaper change you can already see the redness reduce incredibly. I really like this desitin product and it is my go to for diaper rashes because it is affordable and accesible and it really works well.

I will never use anything besides this cream for my baby‚Äôs booty! Works great and anytime my son‚Äôs bottom gets a little red, I put some of this on him and it clears right up. It is very thick and stays on well for a long period of time. Doesn‚Äôt really have a smell. 

I think she had a sensitivity to something during a short spurt of transitioning from diapers to pull ups and very shortly after urination became very irritated. I would put this on her and let her lay in the floor for fresh air and shortly she was fine and her pain subsided. Im happy this gave her quick relief

This is the absolute best product for very stubborn diaper rashes. It coats the skin well and you can keep adding layers to make a thicker consistency. I always keep this product in my toddlers diaper bag and especially when traveling. We have used Desitin since he was born.

I use this cream when the original one doesn’t work. It clears the rash up pretty fast. It’s a thick paste and doesn’t just come off easily. It sticks pretty well. Smells good and the babies don’t mind it. Would recommend it if all other fail.
