The maximum strength Desitin paste is by far the BEST butt paste ever. It keeps those daily breakouts to a minimum and when we have a real bad rash, this is the only thing that helps. We keep several bottles in stock and the daycare uses ONLY this because it works so well for them too. 

I don't know who decided to get rid of the big tub, but you should fire them. If someone thinks this will drum up more business (or profits) by making us buy the smaller tubes you're wrong. However until you bring the tub back we will not be buying Desitin sadly because we have no use for tubes (we use a spatula to paste our baby's butt!) Bring it back now, and I will amend my review and make it 5 stars.

Hands down best diaper rash cream in my opinion. I love it! It works so fast and goes on so smoothly. And you don't have to use a huge amount for it to get the job done. And it is totally affordable not too expensive at all. I would recommend people to rack up on this cream!❤️

An essential for any parent. Using a thick layer of this stuff always cleared up diaper rash in our house. Just make sure to apply liberally or you won't see much of a change in the rash. Never caused irritation. The smell is a little strong, but I'd rather my baby smell like diaper rash cream than have the rash! 

I think Desitin maximum strength is the best rash cream. My oldest son gets diaper rashes a lot and I have to use this on him. Here's a tip that I have found helpful: In order for a cream to prevent and get rid of rashes make sure you dry the area on your babies bum first. Desitin is supposed to lock out moisture but if your baby's bum is damp and he/she has a rash and then you apply this it will lock in the moisture that is already on their bum. It seems common sense but I didn't really know that until another mom online wrote about this.

I have used this with all of my babies and I swear by it. It is the best butt cream out there. I literally put it on and it begins to heal within minutes. I would recommend this to every mom I know. This is a great paste that holds up even in the water. I am completely satisfied.

We always keep this on hand for when our baby gets a bad diaper rash. Becasue it is the max strength, it is not an everyday cream but it does help when he starts getting red down there. We were battling a very bad diaper rash and using this at every diaper change, it helped soothe his pain and cleared up in about a week.

I love this product for treating diaper rash. My baby got a bad diaper rash with blisters and we tried Boudreaux and other creams but nothing was working. After using this for about 4 days the rash went completely away. It's very thick but I like it because it protected the skin from more wetness. We will use it again if baby gets another diaper rash

This product deserves more than a 5 star rating. This was my sons lifesaver when he had a terrible diaper rash. You don’t get a lot for your moneys worth but who cares. This is the best thing you can use to relief a diaper rash. Definitely a must have in your diaper bag.
