This product deserves more than a 5 star rating. This was my sons lifesaver when he had a terrible diaper rash. You don’t get a lot for your moneys worth but who cares. This is the best thing you can use to relief a diaper rash. Definitely a must have in your diaper bag.

Desitin diaper rash cream is my go-to for my children.  I use this product anytime baby‚Äôs bottom gets red or irritated.  My pediatrician recommended Desitin after my first son had a rash from scented baby wipes.  The rash cleared up with a day or two using the Maximum Strength Desitin (Purple tube).  The cream is nice and thick, and it has great coverage. The scent is very mild, too.

This is my all-time go to diaper rash cream I won’t use any other brand of diaper rash cream this cream works the best and the rash is gone within a couple hours it’s like a miracle worker I definitely do recommend using this brand I will be buying again

Great to use on a stubborn diaper rash. Works quickly. The only annoying thing is it tends to break up and gets liquidy and you have either stir it up or shake it up depending on what packaging you got. It’s an easy fix but other than that i continue to buy and recommend

This is the best product I've ever tried! This is the answer to all my needs when looking for a diaper rash cream! Since I've tried this product I've never needed a different one and would not buy anything else! Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a great cream!

I was old fashioned on my first child and would use burnt flour. However, on my oldest son burnt flour just wouldnt work. I had to use desitin. Desitin work great for him. My youngest would have diaper rash a lot in NICU and when he got out. I had to use the maximum strength desitin for him. It did good.

Tried and true, we keep this near our changing station and in a diaper bag at all times. This helps prevent and treat diaper rash just as it should. A good reliable product. Very thick formula helps to create a barrier which helps with pain when they already have a rash. Can make a mess when applying with you’re hands but there are “spatula” like options to fix this problem! Desitin Maximum Strength Original Zinc Oxide Paste

This is absolutely the best baby butt cream. I use this every single night when I put her in her nighttime diaper and she never gets a diaper rash no matter how much she peas. If she ever gets a rash at daycare, I use this and it clears it up so fast. I won’t use anything else other than this at night and to clear any diaper rashes.

We used this for my son every diaper change to keep away the diaper rash. We could tell if they didn't put it on consistently at day care. Loved this product, super quick and simple to put on. Easy to quick wipe of your fingers. Will use it for this next baby too.
