I have used this product on my son and it helped out alot and I would buy again if I had to. It did meet our expectations of the product. I dont want them to change this product. This a affordable item to have on hand for your baby. Yes I would recommend this for parents

If you can get past the smell of this product, it's actually really great at helping and preventing diaper rash. It's thick and you might want to use gloves so the smell doesn't stay on your skin. It does provide a good barrier for baby and helps to prevent diaper rash.

Usually I try to wait for my baby's bottom to dry before putting the rash cream or the diaper back on (so the rash can heal faster). But sometimes, at the middle of the night, I just want to go back to sleep. So I put the diaper rash cream after wiping his bottom and by the morning he is good!

Desitin has been around for ages! I remember it being at my grandmother's house, so of course I'm going to try something that worked so well for my grandma. And let me tell you, I have used it ever since my daughter was born. Well, when I needed to of course. It is fast acting and takes away any pain associated with the rash immediately. Usually clears it up in a day or two at most as well. I couldn't be happier with the product.

I love this product. I have used it in my children since they were born. It has a good absorption, and actually prevents any rash. And if you have any rash, it also helps to treat it, and eliminate it quickly. I super recommend this product. As long as my children wear diapers, I'll be using that product in them.

There's not much to say about this anti-rash cream, it does the job! One thing I've learned is that you can buy the most expensive anti-rash cream in the world, but if you don't take other necessary care with your baby's skin, unfortunately the rash will show up. This was the only cream that seemed to work for our youngest when he had terrible diaper rash. Exceeded our expectations and then some. Cleared up his diaper rash in a matter of days when it was awful and a matter of hours when it wasn't so bad! Very satisfied.

If my kids have a rash, this clears it up within 48 hours or less and provides immediate relief.  Desitin is a staple in the house, the diaper bag, and an extra in the car just in case.  This also works great if you have thick thighs (as I do) and your chaffing, this will take care of it quickly!

I like this diaper rash cream because of its consistency. It last long enough to bring relief to my baby and his skin absorbs it as if it was a moisturizing lotion so a little bit goes a long way. Its inexpensive so ofcourse this would be my go to product for my babies!
