This product is a great consistency for keeping sensitive areas covered and healing. My child enjoyed that the rash healed quickly. I can think of nothing to improve product. This works better than rash ointments in my opinion. Overall I was satisfied and would recommend .

My go to product to avoid diaper rash. Ran out once and used an alternative that we received at our shower only to have our daughter suffer from a diaper rash. We quickly went out and bought a new tube of Maximum Strength Destin and the issue was cleared up within 48 hours. Moral of the story is never run out. It's that good.

This is beyond worth the money. It clears my daughters diaper rash up in just one or two uses! I love the smell I don’t even know why I swear by this stuff. It goes on easy and cakes so it doesn’t come off as easy. It definitely does the trick . It takes forever to get through the smallest container of it. #LoveIt

I have heard great reviews but his didn't work for my son. My son has sensitive skin and this didn't work for him. It just made things worse.It did nothing. It is affordable. It is very thick cream and is white. I will not be repurchasing this cream

This diaper cream works great. My son had a rash after some antibiotics messed with his tummy and this rash cream took care of it almost immediately. If he looks a little pink down there I will put some on and by the next diaper change there is no more pinkness.

We love Desitin products, and we definitely love this Desitin maximum strength , original zinc oxide paste. It is super effective excellent value for your money. This stuff works absolutely amazing. It clears up a rash immediately. It also helps with any little pain that they may be experiencing fthe rash usually within a few hours this Desitin clears up any irritation, I always recommend a new mommies and daddies. This stuff is amazing.

Paid for a 2oz tub of DESITIN. Went to use it on my daughter and when I took it out of the box and grabbed the tub I could fill that half of the tub wasn’t even filled. So I paid for a 2oz and pretty much got 1oz or less. I love DESITIN. But that’s ridiculous on the manufacturing.

My family has always used Desitin for all of the kids. I’d have to say since growing up with a mom who babysat many kids that this Desitin is not the same. It is thinner, it easily wipes off my finger and rinses off with water. I remember it being sticky and making my fingers waterproof. When I go to change my daughters diaper after 2hrs all the Desitin is gone and did not leave a protective barrier. Despite applying generously at every diaper change she still ended up with a diaper rash and she is only 1.5 months old! Desitin used to be a brand our whole family trusted and used. What happened?

This product really helped my baby when she ended up having a really bad rash I would put some on my baby after I clean her & make sure I put enough and the cream would work really good and fast , I recommend it will make the baby feel better super fast atleast mine did

This works well on our son's rashes. We've learned that it needs to be a thick application, though, for it to work well. It has a slight smell to it, but nothing overpowering. We've found this version to be the best in the Desitin line. We recommend it to others!
