This is my go to for diaper rash prevention. I like that it contains zinc oxide and it keeps my baby’s skin dry overnight when she occasionally sleeps through the night so I change her less frequently. It’s a little messy so I recommend using a q-tip to apply it. I would recommend this to new parents.

This is the product I continually use on my 18 month old daughter. She is sensitive with diapers and gets a rash frequently. I use the destin and it clears her rash very quickly. The cream is very thick and the smell isn’t terrible. Overall great product and affordable.

Have used this for all my babies and it works wonders! I remember when my oldest had the worst diaper rash you couldn’t even touch his butt with a wipe without him being in pain, after a couple days of using this the rash cleared up! Highly recommend!

Desitin is a staple in our house. We are on our second baby and there is literally no other diaper rash ointment that works better or quicker than this. It’s also very gentle so when we do get the diaper rashes, it doesn’t hurt our baby when applying it.

This is very heartbreaking that the Desitin Max. Strength 16 oz tubs are no longer available to customers...why would the company discontinue this...small tubes don't let long at all...uggghh...I guess Desitin doesn't care about customer satisfaction will lose customers!!!!

A go to in my family for the babies for decades. It's fast acting, strong to take out those pesky rashes & irritation, but its also a perfect thickness so it stays put. It's perfect at soothing the miserables discomforts and hits where it hurts the most.

Have always lived this and used it when my 9 year old was a baby and now on my 1 year old he has extremely sensitive skin so he gets rashes right away and when I apply this it's gone within the next day I have no bad reviews on this product and I think its worth the price you pay for it

I love this Desitin Maximum Strength diaper rash cream! It meets my expectations every time because I apply at at night before bed and the next morning, the rash is completely gone! My child doesn’t mind it at all because it doesn’t burn or make his rash worse.
