This product is amazing, I use it for my toddler and it’s the only thing I use. It met my expectations in every way, my poor baby’s rash is always mostly gone or 10 times better within the day. I don’t know about alternatives because I won’t get anything besides this!!!

My daughter (14 yrs old) has had really horrible hormonal breakouts and she told me a friend recommended Desitin. I thought it sounded a bit off the wall, but when I saw that is contained Zinc Oxide I thought we'd give it a try. She wears it as a mask at night. After the first night she saw a reduction in pimples and after a week she is more excited than she has ever been with all types of other chemical products (she doesn't like the smell of tea tree oil).

This will always be my go-to diaper rash cream. if my baby gets just slightly red I use it and it goes away very quickly. It is a thick paste and covers the area to help heal. I used this with my last baby and I'm using it with my current one and I've never had any complaints.

I recieved this for my baby shower and I'm so glad I got it. My son had gotten a small rash a few days after being born. I used this for a week and his rash went away. I would say it works just as well as Boudreau's Butt Cream. I make sure to have a tube of this at the changing table, the diaper bag, and I also have a spare tube, just in case!

This is my favorite diaper rash cream! When my baby girl had a yeast diaper rash the pediatrician prescribed antibiotics and to use that with the desitin because A+D wasn’t strong enough. Point being the desitin is strong enough to wipe out and diaper rash very quickly! This tub may be a bit pricey but I’m not even 1/4 of the way through the tub and my daughter is 1! She didn’t get diaper rash too often but when she did it has always been my go to. I put it on at night and it would be gone the next morning! Would recommend to anyone!

I love this diaper cream on my 2 yr old. Were potty training and she is a running one lol. She is very active and in the process she has had a rash but this cream in general when she was a baby and got sick with a runny stomach its amazing i would usually apply it with a little rubber spatula or sponge because when i would apply with my finger it just goes everywhere and the cream stays and is hard to wash from my hand. But i love the way it sticks to my daughters bum and it heals her. By the next day she has a better healing in the diaper rash.

Desitin really seals out the moisture and allows the rash to dry out without having to rusk letting my son run around naked to air dry lol. It lasts until his next diaper change through several urine uses or the dreaded #2 that gives him the rash in the first place! It's cost is moderate and can be found on any baby eisle at most store,new mom's to be put this on your must have list for your baby's precious little butt!

It’s the best works every time u don’t need to glob it on a little goes a long way with this product remember the skin needs to breathe in order to heal I recommend you use the product let your baby air dry for 5 minutes then you can put the diaper back on and boommmm next diaper change you have a healed baby lol

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Both if my boys had food intolerances which led to TERRIBLE diaper rashes. This is the ONLY thing that healed them without making it hurt worse! Other creams would burn them, but this actually soothed and healed the bleeding rash in very minimal time!

This works really well. Whenever my baby had a rash I would apply this and it worked almost instantly. Her redness was gone by the next couple diaper changes and it helped make her diaper changes more comfortable so she wouldn't have pain from the rash. I recommend using this.
