Desitin saved my babies butt from the rash he was getting from wearing his diapers. Once i started using it the rash and chaffing quickly disappeared. My only complaint is that you have to apply it every diaper change. Other than that it works like a charm!

very thick and creamy stays on and doesn't come off easy. so it stays on to protect and heal the diaper rash. i clears it in 2 days and gives a soothing to the bottom. it is cheap and found in local stores and i love it i buy it for everyone with babies.

My go to product to avoid diaper rash. Ran out once and used an alternative that we received at our shower only to have our daughter suffer from a diaper rash. We quickly went out and bought a new tube of Maximum Strength Destin and the issue was cleared up within 48 hours. Moral of the story is never run out. It's that good.

We love Desitin!  It works great for diaper rashes, and works so much better than other brands we've tried.  Previously we tried some brands that seemed harsh, the baby would cry when applied.  This is soothing and calming and takes care of diaper rash quickly.  It's also great as preventative! 

This is very heartbreaking that the Desitin Max. Strength 16 oz tubs are no longer available to customers...why would the company discontinue this...small tubes don't let long at all...uggghh...I guess Desitin doesn't care about customer satisfaction will lose customers!!!!

Desitin is a good and reliable treatment for diaper rash. The nice, thick formula allows for a good barrier on my baby’s skin. Desitin is much more affordable than some of the fancy brands that are advertised and is so much thicker and just plain better!

This is great to have for when a rash sneaks up fast and gets out of hand before you can stop it. It clears up even nasty rashes fast and gives the baby obvious relief from discomfort immediately. It's a great price and a tube lasts a really long time. I recommend this for any parent to have on hand just in case.

We have a tube of this in pretty much every room of the house, and we send it to daycare too. My little guy gets pretty bad diaper rash at times and this clears it up within 24 hours. When he's sore, all I have to do is pull out the Desatin and I see the relief on his face. I love how fast it works!

This is the ONLY cream that clears up my babies diaper rash, I’ve tried others , even more expensive one , and I always come back to desitin. The texture is so smooth and spreads very well and it has a neutral smell not heavily medicated or perfumed.
