I used to work in a nursing home and they used this on the residents so I decided to try for my daughter. Now, I love to have this on hand, you never know when your precious baby might break out in a little rash. This cream has come to the rescue! The smell isn’t the most pleasant but it’s not bothersome at all when you see it working!

My daughter got a horrible diaper rash one night. She was so red & raw & we couldn’t figure out why (turns out it was the mango tangerine juice we gave her, no more citrus drinks!). We had several creams that we had from our baby shower & samples from our baby registry. We were using an all-natural brand most of the time, but for this rash, it had no oomph. I went through our stash & found the desitin & VOILA!! The relief came & within 24-hours she was so much better. Now I won’t use anything but!

This is my go to diaper rash cream. It always healed my daughters rash, and it’s a product that has been used in my family for generations. The relief was quick, and it’s easy to apply. It’s also pretty affordable and can be found at any big box or drug store. Would definitely recommend!

This is the onnly cream that ever worked if my kids got diaper rash. This helped them heal so fast I would put it on them at the first sight of diaper rash and it would be gone by the next diaper change. I Highly recommend this product to treat diaper rash.

My children usually used to get bad rashes when they were sick. I would only use the Desitin Max Strength because it would heal up the rash like magic over night. There might be a little redness but overall the rash was no longer sore and healed like a dream. I would also like to add my daughter had underwear that rubbed her legs one day and made a chafed area and the Desitin healed that up very quickly.

This is the best butt paste ever! It soothes her if she has a rash and if I keep it on her little tush she never gets a rash. I love desiring it’s the only brand I use. Also it’s very affordable and U get quite a bit in the tube my tubes lasts a whole month

Great product for diaper rash. Cleared my daughter up quickly.  It's very soothing, and great price.  Couldn't ask for a better product at a great price.  It's priced great compared to other diaper medicines on the market.  I recommend to any parent with a child in diapers.
