This stuff is awesome! It 100% works and the price is pretty good. You get a good amount of product for a decent price. It also is a thick paste which I love instead of a runny lotion type. And the smell is pleasant and not over bearing like other products I’ve tried.

As a nurse, I would use this on my patients. Now as a mother, I started using it on my son. He has sensitive skin and would get a rash with other creams. Desitin is the only one that he didn't have a reaction to. It is thick and smooth on his little skin.

This is the best diaper rash cream I have ever used. I have been using this on my kids for the past 3 years. This is the only paste that I can put on the and it will clear up the rash in 24 hours or less. It is truly amazing. I will continue to buy this and use it until my children are to old to need it anymore.

I absolutely love this product. It keeps my baby's sensitive skin protected during some bad summer diaper rashes! It heals better than any other product we have tried and is a staple in my diaper kit. Of everything we've tried, we had the most trouble finding a product that would protect through the overnights wet diapers but this does the trick and protects all night long!

This diaper rash cream is amazing! It’s the only cream that I have found that works on my baby. I have tried a few other brands but the rash just would not go away until I started using this product. I use it after every diaper change and so far it has kept away any diaper rash! It doesn’t have a strong smell and it is the perfect consistency. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I love this brand because everytime any of my kids got a rash it works immediately. Not only does it work immediately, you only need a tiny amount about the size of a pea pod to cover the butt and private area and the bottle last a very long time. It met my expectations and couldn't be more happier 

We have used quite the verity of butt paste for our little one especially as a new born however desitin is the one diaper rash paste that I think works well every-time and helps easy the pain/redness for your little one the best. This is something I think every parent should always have on hand in the diaper bag.

I am so upset! I had a baby 4 months ago and found this cream is the only one that prevents and treats his diaper rash prone bum and now I cannot find the 16oz tub anywhere?! I’m so angry that you let people get used to a product then take it away. The tubes SUCK and are all watery and do NOT work for him. So so so upset.

Oh goodness, 17 years ago there were not so many options. I liked using DESITIN® Maximum Strength Original Zinc Oxide Paste on my babies back then, I imagine the same holds true. Breast milk causes lots of messes, which lead to rashes sometimes. I trusted desitin to clear up rashes, it worked well on my kiddos.

This is my go to diaper rash cream product. Since I know its provides great coverage and works for my sons diaper rashes this is the product that I use 95% of the time. I even used it when I got a rash from my thighs being chafed. You get a lot of product for the price as well.
