I love it! I found it to be the only product that soothed my sons diaper rash! He had a very sensitive stomach and that kept his stomach upset until we could find a formula that he could tolerate. This caused his bottom to get a very bad diaper rash! Desiring Maximum strength was a lifesaver! It immediately soothed his bottom and it also stayed on and did not wipe or wash away due to a wet diaper. I most definitely would recommend it to family and friends!

This is the only cream I will use for my son, and for myself as well! It works great; between 1-2 days, and the rash is gone! So for the price it‚Äôs absolutely worth it! And my baby didn‚Äôt even care when I put it on him. It does stick though, so if you are just going to use your fingers, make sure you have some wipes nearby to get it off! 

I have given birth to 4 children. But have been in charge of many in my life. And everyone has there own oppinion on what is the best. Now when we have had to use something it has always been Destin. It love this product because it is creamy,not gritty and thick. It is light but gives full coverage to what ever area needs the help. Unlike other products that you end up using for a couple of days at a time. I never have to use it for more than 1day at a time. I love Destin.

First time mom. The newborn scrunch got us…we hadn't been checking the skin folds in her groin because she wouldn't relax her legs and she developed a moderate skin breakdown. We put a nice layer of this product over the area and it was already looking better by the end of the day. We used it daily for a week and her skin was was good. (I def cried and felt like a failure when we didn't notice the initial redness).

I have used this product on my kids for the past 12 years.. When my daughter had a bad diaper rash when she was a baby this cream really helped the rash. I haven't used any other rash besides this one. It worked really fast too so she was able to go to being a happy baby fast!

I recall my mother using desitin on my brother when he was a baby I remember helping out and changing his diaper and applied desitin anytime he had some diaper rash. The consistency was thick and a little went a long way. His rash was cleared up very quickly and this ointment was extremely soothing

This is the ONLY diaper rash cream I use . I love this stuff , my daughter uses the bathroom a lot and always has rashes and this cures it within MINUTES , she can be bright red and when I put this on for a few minutes it can start to clear up already it’s amazing stuff !

For the first few months Lincoln was getting diaper rash really bad on his thighs no matter what diapers or wipes we used! So I eventually just put desitin on him every diaper change. Now we are a happy diaper rash free baby! Plus it’s super easy to use and travel with since it’s in a squeez tube!

I like this desitin cream over the blue one. I have found that it works better and faster. I have cured many diaper rashes with this cream alone. I have found that using different types of cream however help cure rashes rather than use the same active ingredient creams all the time. It is in my top 3 and use it in my rash treatment cycle. It also smells better than the blue one slightly.
