In my opinion, it's the best product. It's thick and stays on no matter how hard they play! I have a 15 month old and you can tell this gives him instant relief. It's inexpensive and can be found everywhere. Also works for adults when you have irritation.

Love this my baby got really bad rashes and this was the stuff to got to this really helped her within minutes the rash was better i really recommend this product a 100% is affordable and even if it was a little high price it doesnt matter you want the best of the best for your baby.

This cream Took my daughters diaper rash away over night! I only gave it 4 stars because I do not really like the way that it rubs on. It seems to thick. Overall, it is a good diaper rash ointment. I would definitsly use on my baby girl again if I need to! 

Works pretty well, not my favorite but it gets the job done if that's what you have. Some others work much faster in my experience. I was even given a sample once by my pediatrician and it did ok. I still prefer another popular brand in a red tube more.

I don't understand why they use lanolin in this formula. Lanolin is a common allergen and you won't know if that's an issue until you try it on a rash and it gets worse, not better (we learned the hard way). The Rapid Relief version doesn't have lanolin, so if sensitive skin runs in your family, you are probably better off sticking with that, in spite of being much lower strength - that or seek out the other brand of rash "paste".

Maximum strength is perfect for my children. On my oldest I could use the regular but on my younger to I have to use the max. The children enjoy it because it keeps their rash away. A pro is that obviously works and I wouldn't even say that it has a con maybe the only thing is that it can come in a bigger tube but even then it's still a lot of ointment. I love max strength

This stuff works! At the first sign of a diaper rash, clean the skin, dab it dry, and apply a thick coat of this. By the next diaper change, the skin is clear again. Every single time, it's amazing. Even the blue one (lower percentage of zinc oxide) works really well, but this purple one is even better. This stuff lasts a long time too.

My daughter was only in the nicu for a week but came home with bad diaper rash and prescription butt paste. I prefer desitin 100x more than the diaper rash cream in the red and yellow tubes or really anything labeled butt paste instead of cream. I like the texture it goes on smooth, gets the job done, isn’t a weird pinkish color like the other one, and doesn’t smell quite as odd as the other one either. It gets the job done

Amazing, fast working product. Compared to other products designed to do the same thing, it works faster and with hashing to use less. Lasted over a year with my little with having to use frequently, just didn’t have to use as much. Already ordered more!

This is the best diaper rash cream I’ve tried. The only thing that would make this better is if someone created a product where they mixed aquafor with Desitin to make a balm or paste or something so I didn’t have to use both! This is great for helping heal up diaper rash when it starts and also preventing it.
