Desitin has always been one of my favorite products just because it doesn’t wear off easily when my LO was in diapers. On top of providing protection from the moisture of a wet diaper, it also helped keep the area moisturized while clearing up stubborn diaper rash.

I bought a huge tub of this same Desitin for my son when he was 6 months old. He's a year old now and I still have about half of it left! My son had some pretty gnarly rashing when I had originally bought it and after a couple uses, he was completely healed up. I still use it here and there to keep rashes away. I've used two other name brand creams and a store brand diaper rash cream or two, but nothing touched the effectiveness of the Desitin. Absolutely worth the money, 10/10.

Paid for a 2oz tub of DESITIN. Went to use it on my daughter and when I took it out of the box and grabbed the tub I could fill that half of the tub wasn’t even filled. So I paid for a 2oz and pretty much got 1oz or less. I love DESITIN. But that’s ridiculous on the manufacturing.

I was scared to try this at first that maximum strength means more chemicals formula in it but I am shocked at the result my daughter had a sever diaper rash because her skin is very sensitive and but vasiline but that didn't effect at all one time applucation of this cream readily take away redness and I am impressed by this cream would definitely recommed for instant results

My son gets diaper rashes a lot Since his skin is so sensitive I panicked and when he first got his first diaper rash I panicked then I went for the purple jar! I generously applied the cream and within 2 days the rash was completely gone. It was just a miracle worker and relief!

Every mom who's baby gets diaper rashes should own this product. Desitin Maximum Strength is my child's rashes worst nightmare. Rash almost always better by next change and noticeably relieves discomfort in baby super fast! Plus the tube fits in diaper bag for travelling!

This is the best anti-diaper cream I have ever used. It has given maximum protection to my baby's delicate skin because it is a thick cream designed for irritation. I have been using it since my first two year old was born and now I am still using it with my second baby.

Why doesn't this come in a pump bottle like lotion? I buy in bulk in the 16oz jar to save money, but the jar is awkward when changing baby and it doesn't fit in the organizer we have. The tubes are okay but don't last long and still take two hands. Why not have a pump bottle for easy dispensing with one hand.

We don’t need diaper rash cream very often but when we do need it this cream never fails to do the job and super fast at that. Definitely recommend as a staple in your diaper bag even if your like us and end up throwing the tube out due to expiration before you’re able to use it all. Love that I can count on this cream to take care of my little babe when her tush gets raw.

This one worked more for my son than my daughter don’t know why... but it saves his poor little toosh and those really rough days. Both my kids have super sensitive skin and this way a great product, healed his bum and is incredibly affordable as well as you can find it almost anywhere.
