This is hands down the best diaper cream I've ever used. I've tried everything before, but after a horrible rash that landed my son in a doctor's office, they recommended this to me and it cleared his rash up in 2 days! Within a few hours he was back to being comfortable again.

Definitely recommend as a staple in your diaper bag even if your like us and end up throwing the tube out due to expiration before you’re able to use it all. I would consider Desitin to be one of the most popular baby rash creams. It's a well know name and does a good job. It is so sad when your baby gets a diaper rash, but luckily brands like Desitin make it a little easier for you by providing some relief from those horrible diaper rashes. This one is maximum strength for the really bad ones. It contains Zinc Oxide and goes on as a thick white paste. This is the one of the options I feel last the longest. This skin protectant is paraben free.

A must have for moms. Be prepared for the dispute rashes. Especially during the phase of introducing foods. I don't know why but both my kids broke it any time they had apples and this cleared their little butt right up! Worth the money. Well made product.

My daughter is prone to rashes, so we go through a lot of Desitin. We can't use the regular strength as it sticks to her and makes her rashes worse. The maximum strength is the best, but it's much too expensive to keep buying the tubes every week when the tub would last a month. PLEASE BRING BACK THE TUBS!!! I cannot recommend this product without the tubs being available.
