I absolutely love this for my kids! Everytime they have had the slightest rash this takes care of it almost immediately. It is a diaper bag must! I love the size of the tube and it is a fair price too. I liked this a lot better than the off brands as it is not as runny.

I like this desitin cream over the blue one. I have found that it works better and faster. I have cured many diaper rashes with this cream alone. I have found that using different types of cream however help cure rashes rather than use the same active ingredient creams all the time. It is in my top 3 and use it in my rash treatment cycle. It also smells better than the blue one slightly.

My daughter was a preemie & used to get bad diaper rashes, so from the beginning we have been using creams & ointments to treat & prevent them! We have tried many different kinds/brands & Desitin Max Strength by far has been the best! It has helped to prevent many of her rashes from getting worse & has made some of her worst ones better! I would recommend it to anyone!!

My daughter has very sensitive skin, especially when it comes to her private. We have to be very particular with diapers and diaper rash creams. Desitin is the only diaper rash cream we have found that clears up her rash as opposed to simply making it worse. We have tried store brand equivalents and they do not work. They make her rash worse. I don't know what it is about this cream, but it is incredible and the only one we will be purchasing. Love it.

We use this one and the blue normal one. Mostly we use the maximum strength when his booty is getting really red. Like when he is having a lot of diaper changes and we are wiping him more than normal. We always have an extra bottle of desitin in the nursery AND diaper bag!!

I use the maximum strength when it comes to my 2 year old. He has a sensitive bum. If his duaper is even left on a second after he finishes he will have a diaper rash. And this ointment helps out with his baby rash. It doesn't have strong smell. I definitely recommend it to all the mamas out there.

Desitin diaper rash cream is my go-to for my children.  I use this product anytime baby‚Äôs bottom gets red or irritated.  My pediatrician recommended Desitin after my first son had a rash from scented baby wipes.  The rash cleared up with a day or two using the Maximum Strength Desitin (Purple tube).  The cream is nice and thick, and it has great coverage. The scent is very mild, too.
