This is one of my go to diaper rash creams. It helps clear up irritations quickly and works great overnight. Only con would be how messy it is, but the pros definitely make this a product worth keeping around all the time while you have little ones in diapers.

I love this over any other diaper cream I have tried on my kids. This clears up a bad rash within hours. My daughter had a bad rash while teething I put this on her and put her to nap and three hours later her rash was gone when I changed her. I call this our miracle cream because it literally works so great on my kids.

This is what has always worked best for my baby girl, we normally cloth diaper but are in disposables a couple of times a month. When in disposables my girl tends to get rashes very easily and if not taken care of they will bleed very quickly. This is nice and thick and keeps her from getting bad. I keep this on hand for her. 

My daughter is one and she got a pretty bad rash. I tried many different products that would help the issue but not take it away. I tried using desitin maximum strength and it went away after about 3 days but you can tell the difference the next day.

This is a good product, great consistency, applies easily, heals most rashes within 2-3 days (when used properly and consistently). The only drawback I have is the cost. Equate brand works just as well as this does and is much cheaper. Works as a great barrier cream to help heal rashes in older adults though.

It is great for protecting sensitive skin. It also helps the skin geal. It is a good preventative lotion as well as one to increase the healing rate. It also soothes irritated skin. My child was more comfortable when it was applied as needed. I would recommend it.

Destin extra strength has really helped my kids from having diaper rash. I only had to use it a few times and the rash cleared up. Theres nothing that needs to be changed about desitin extra strength. I could tell from 1 use that my baby was feeling soothed.

I absolutely love this diaper rash ointment. It’s my favorite. It’s immediately very soothing on a bad rash and treats it very well. I will use this then seal it in with Caldesene Baby Cornstarch Powder With Zinc Oxide!! My best combo yet! If the diaper rash is bad enough I’ll use an antifungal before the desitin.

Why did you guys take away desitin maximum 16oz tubs? Tubes are the worse, for diaper bags only with the amount of product. Please bring back the 16oz. It was easy, effective and lasted long enough to justify the cost. If I have to switch to something more affordable, I will. This decision doesn't make me happy at all. I loved the product and it works well. This is a deal breaker for someone on a budget. Please reconsider this decision and bring back the larger size.
