We use to buy the regular strength which worked well but this extra strength is exactly what it says, extra strength. It stays on longer because it's such a thick paste. Even wiping it off can be hard sometimes. I have 2 babies in diapers and they don't get diaper rash often but when they do, we always lather a little of this on with every diaper change and there bums are all healed very quick.

Maximum strength ALWAYS gets the job done. My daughter occasionally gets rashes from not wiping correctly and not only does this relieve discomfort but also heals quickly. Works amazing on rashes from acid poops. Completely satisfied and have continued to buy through the years. 

This is the only diaper rash cream in my arsenal! If my kids have a rash, this clears it up within 48 hours or less and provides immediate relief.  Desitin is a staple in the house, the diaper bag, and an extra in the car just in case.  This also works great if you have thick thighs (as I do) and your chaffing, this will take care of it quickly!

My second would get diaper rashes more than my first did, so we bought the maximum strength to see if it would help more. I love this product because it is so thick and really costs the area better than a daily. I would lather this on her before bed.

This was what we used the second he was born in the NICU. It’s such a great brand and works very well! If the NiCU can use it for the babies, then it has to be a great item! I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a safe and reliable baby bottom paste.

This is a miracle in a tube! If your baby has acidic poops, this is the stuff you want. It does exactly what it's supposed to, no cons. I love love love this stuff. It's more costly than the day to day stuff because you don't need it as often. It's definitely worth the price! 

This stuff is IT. I won‚Äôt use anything else for diaper rash because it doesn‚Äôt work miracles like this does. For the first few weeks my baby had a diaper rash we couldn‚Äôt get rid of it with butt paste but we switched to this and after one use it was gone. Anytime my baby gets a little red we just put this on and it‚Äôs gone by the next diaper change. My dad even uses it when he goes fly fishing and his waders make his thighs chafe. This stuff rocks. 

Let me just start by saying my mom used this with us. I remember it worked great then so when I had my baby I used Destin too. Love this! Helps treat diaper rash fast and its so effective. I have nothing bad to say about this. If your just starting out on baby diaper rash try the reg  one before the max strength one. 

This cream works wonders for my youngest (who just turned 3) and has had a terrible time with rashes on her bum. Anytime I notice a rash starting I just apply a thin layer and by the end of the day it starts to clear up. It's not too pricey which is always a plus!
