This is the ONLY cream that works, don’t waste your $ on anything else! They actually put a level of Zinc Oxide to heal quickly! Other brands that I researched had 50% less and it definitely showed when applied! This also seemed to be one of the only creams that was thick enough to stay on ALL NIGHT and that didn’t sting my L.O. when applied. I will only buy this and only recommend this to anyone with babies!!

This is the only diaper rash cream my family uses. I think it is very effective and can heal up diaper rash very quickly - within a day or so. It is also great as a preventative cream. The value is good - you get a lot of product for the price. I would recommend and plan to repurchase. 

This is my tried and true with both of my babies! I have tried other diaper rash creams and they never seem to clear up the rash completely. You slap a little of this bad boy on there and it is gone in 2 days max. I love how effective it is yet it is gentle on my baby’s skin. Great product!

Great product for diaper rash! This is a must to have on hand. When my nephews were first born, their skin was so sensitive so this thick cream served as a barrier between their soft skin and the diaper. It's also hypoallergenic so didn't have any reactions!

very thick and creamy stays on and doesn't come off easy. so it stays on to protect and heal the diaper rash. i clears it in 2 days and gives a soothing to the bottom. it is cheap and found in local stores and i love it i buy it for everyone with babies.

Desitin used to be my go to treatment for both of my baby girls, it healed their rashes practically overnight and had a pleasant "baby smell" that I remember from when my own sisters were babies over twenty years ago. Quite recently however, Desitin has changed their maximum strength paste formula, and it no longer heals my daughters' diaper rashes! My youngest cries when it is applied to her rash, and it does not help it to go away, despite her pediatrician confirming that she simply has typical diaper rash. I will be searching stores for older containers of Desitin maximum strength ointment, and I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by this change in what used to be a phenomenal solution to my children's pain.

This is one of, if not the best, diaper rash creams I have used. I try my best to keep my baby from getting diaper rash, but once in awhile it does happen. When it does, I use this product. I do think it works better than regular strength Desitin. It has a higher amount of zinc oxide in it. If I use this consistently, it gets rid of my baby's rash in a couple days. I have tried a lot of diaper rash creams and this one is one of the best.

I like this product ut works good my daughter just recently had a really bad rash and it worked in a couple days i havent tried others yet because this one did the trick. It definitely helped make her feel more better yes i would recommend this to others. 

This ointment is a life saver! My daughter has very sensitive skin and if her diaper was on for five minutes after she went she had a rash. This desitin acted as a barrier and as a healer for her sensitive skin. I will definitely be purchasing when I have another kiddo!
