This product is the only one that every helped for my kids rash I have tried others and wasn't a big fan as it didn't help much for my kids and then I tried this one and it worked like a charm and everything since then I have always kept extra just in case

This is a very thick product which if your kid is having a bad diaper rash I would recommend using this. When all other natural methods for me have failed then I bring this in and it always clears things up in a matter of days. I would recommend to others.

When ever my son has a diaper rash this is always my go too. Desitin is a very affordable brand in my opinion and it is soft scented and it is a thick formula which in my opinion worked better to clear the rash. I will always turn to the maximum strength one since it always worked for us.

Solid diaper cream that should be in stock in EVERY mama's household. It's affordable and works so well. I'm not sure there is anything I can say to improve the product. Comes in varying sizes, doesn't smell terrible, etc. It's a product I recommend to lots of mamas!

My hero! We always keep this stuff on hand. When you have a breastfed baby there's an excessive number of dirty diapers, not to mention if you're still trying to figure out what brands do and don't work for you and your babe you're bound to have irritated skin. As soon as I notice irritation I apply desiring extra strength and by the next change I can already see a noticeable improvement. Highly recommend!

The maximum strength Desitin is what I reach for when my little one gets a diaper rash.  Just make sure their bottom is clean and dry when you apply it, and it will keep out all that nasty moisture that's irritating their skin.  Honestly, the regular strength work well too, but sometime mama just isn't messing around, right? :-)

this is the go to butt crash for rashes !! it's so easy to apply and you actually see results within a hour. the formula is so easy to apply and remove when you are changing diapers. i would not recommend any paste for rashes unless it's destin ! one happy baby and one happy momma

Only brand that worked well for my daughter's diaper rash. It's a little more pricey but it's worth the money. After one day usage of it, it cleared my daughter's diaper rash right up. It's the only one I feel worked the best and cleared rashes the fastest

This my number one cream, love it so much, it is very thick and prevents my baby to feel the terrible painful rash, but we moms know how painful it is have to clean our babies with a rash, I trust this one and I use every diaper change!!! I usually buy the big one!

Love the Maxiumum strength version but so disappointed to see the tub has been discontinued. As a mother of 3 I use this product alot and the tubes are not convienent at all and dont seem to have the same consistency as the tub did. Please listen to your customer base and bring back the tub! You make the tub in the creamy version which does not work nearly as well and maybe you should consider getting rid of that tub instead. Really hoping the see the tub of max strength return.
