Desitin has been my #1 go-to diaper rash cream for all 3 of my children. It covers the rash with a thick consistency, doesn't irritate my son's sensitive skin, and works within 24 hours. I highly suggest Desitin to all new parents.

This stuff is magic! Clears up diaper rash in a jiffy! It goes on thick but really seems to do the job quickly. We keep some at home, in diaper bag, and in my purse.

I use this every night before bed since my daughter sleeps roughly 8 hours straight. It definitely helps to prevent rashes, or if she has a rash I will use this and it will be gone within a couple of hours

Provides relief within 1-3 uses. Wish it were a lighter paste, it is very heavy, and gets everywhere. Not a fan of the smell, but the product does work.

This is the only one I use. It's great my baby used to not wake up at night for a diaper change so she would wake up with a rash. This product always had it gone within a few hours. I trust it.

Doesn't work on all rashes buy definitely does do 80% good of a job on rashes. Very thick creamy consistency. Okay priced. Can be found just about anywhere. Low odor.

I love the desitin maximum strength cream. My little ones can sometimes have a diaper rash pop up out of no where so this extra strength cream works wonders. I don't like my little one feeling pain or discomfort so this cream is wonderful.
