While Desitin is an effective diaper rash cream, it's thick consistency makes it difficult to cleanly wipe from baby's bum and sometimes causes more irritation. We use it interchangeably alongside petroleum jelly for our babe!

This product is a rash's worst enemy lol. I've used it on all my kids and highly recommend it. It works almost instantly and goes on and comes off smoothly.

Works like a champ! It isn’t instant, but I feel like they have relief as soon as it is applied. It takes probably a day to clear up diaper rash, but you can tell the progress throughout the day & they seem to not be in any pain from it!

Very effective in healing very bad rash. My friend gave me to try this one out as baby had very bad rash. Applied to the rash and the rash was gone really fast.

This is honestly the best diaper rash cream I’ve tried. It gets rid of the rash within a few hours of@it being applied. Not only is it great for diaper rashes but it’s easy on the pocketbook. For me it was a win win situation.
