This really works on extreme diaper rash. Yes there are cleaner more natural brands of cream out there, but when you need a quick fix this purple Desitin is the only thing that works (on my little ones bums that is).

The most effective diaper rash cream I've used on my baby. The texture is super smooth and soft. The scent smells like a new baby lol and the packaging is easy to squeeze out. Definitely worth it in my opinion

You have to lather on quite a bit, but it works almost immediately. I tried a different cheaper brand that didn't work so quickly & when your baby or toddler is in pain from a rash, you need a product that works right away.

Always had this on hand when our kids were very little. Nothing and I mean nothing we tried helped when the really bad rashes would come. This stuff is magic I swear.

I use this as a preventative diaper paste during my baby’s last diaper change before bed. He has yet to get a rash or irritation and I believe that is because of Destin!

This cream worked pretty well on baby! I definitely prefer the max strength over the original formula for severe diaper rashes. I also like that it's gentle on baby, but still gets the job done. 

This has more staying power than the original version. The original version wipes away super easy but this kind of sticks more if that makes sense. If you want it to be more protection and last longer, then I would suggest getting this one

YES!!!! this stuff has saved my sons booty SO many times, and I also credit this (and regular diaper changes) with him never having a sever diaper rash. As soon as I see some irritation, i apply this, and by the next day hes good to go!

Love this product so much. It’s very helpful. It works in one diaper change. You see results instantly. No need to improve its great product. This product is affordable. Love it only diaper rash cream I’ve used!

I always relied on Desitin when my children were small and now I use it for my grandchildren. Although it provides a very thick consistency, it seems to do a superior job of soothing irritation unlike other creams. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
