This is my go to for bad cases of diaper rash. Clean baby with water (no diaper wipes), apply a good amount of the paste, and repeat with each diaper change. It should help the rash clear up quickly.

This kind as well as butt paste seem to work really well on my son! He gets rashes frequently so it's very important to find something ultimate strength without being too harsh.

We use desitin max with zinc oxide to keep our babies dry and rash free we use it in between diaper changes smells great non greasy and stays on . I would recommend.
