My go to diaper rash cream!! This stuff works ans it workd fast! My kids didn't often get diaper rashes but when they did destin akways svaed the day and normally had the rash cleared within 1 day or 2.

Works much better than the regular Destin. I was much more impressed with this version. Went on well and did what was intended. I will say I prefer the Bordeaux's Butt Paste.

Other than aquaphor this was on only diaper rash cream that helped my sons rashes. It definitely did what it’s supposed too. It was pretty affordable and even if it was expensive I’d buy it because it worked so well.

The purple Desitin is the absolute best for diaper rash! We didn’t need to use it everyday, but when a rash was starting to flair up, we’d use this and it’d stop the rash within 24 hours.

Seems to be the best over the counter diaper rash cream. This is my go to brand and has been for years. I believe it has to do with the high zinc content.
