I tried every brand to much avail. My son’s pediatrician strongly recommended good ole maximum strength Desitin. I prefer to use more products with natural ingredients, but this works.

This is important when you have a young child to have on hand. This was a lifesaver. When they get a rash add this to their bottom and it will clear up.

When using this product with a new baby he never had a diaper rash. It was not runny or messy. Would stick to the skin and be a good barrier of protection.
