It works so fast in diaper rash it’s not even funny. It’s definitely worth it. I thought it was pricey but so worth it. It doesn’t cause any irritation to already irritated skin.

My kids don't get rashes that often but when they do I use this and it clears it up real quick. U dont even have to apply a lot of it. It works wonders. I recommend this product. I still buy to this day.

This is the best diaper cream for the cheapest price. Itll heal up rashes so quick and keep the area dry. Ive never bought anything different for my kids.

This always gets even the worst diaper rash under control for my girl with sensitive skin! The fact that the active ingredient is zinc really helps. It even has a higher percentage then what her doctor prescribed her! 

I love this stuff. It works amazing and it’s not to expensive. When I was having issues with my daughters diaper rash this was the only thing that got rid of it so quickly. If it’s a really bad rash I highly recommend.

ALWAYS USE THE PURPLE. even if you think you dont need the extra strength, use it. It's perfect. You can use this on other skin irritations on baby and should clear it up quickly!

This is a good product for the not so stubborn cases of diaper rash. It’s also great to keep in the diaper bag for when you’re out and need a treatment in a pinch.

Great product for babies! I wouldn’t use this cream all the time though. I like using it when my baby has one of those days with a lot of diapers but it’s a must have for when babies have a rash

Helps with chaffed or irritated skin from diaper rash and it works within the first couple uses great on baby I think it amazing and not so harsh on skin

This is the best bum cream I have ever used! My children get super terrible bum rashes and desitin has been the only thing that has helped. The extra strength is awesome for the really bad rashes.
