My daughter has very sensitive skin. We can only use one brand of diapers and even then she gets diaper rash from time to time. This is the only cream that really provide relief to my little girl. If you want fast dependable healing. Use this!

Product is great. Have used this brand for 4 kids. It's a bit pricier than the generic kinds (obviously) but you get what you pay for. Tends to be messy but easily wipes up & doesn't stain clothing.

Love desitin! The original cream is also good but I absolutely love the maximum strength cream, I normally only have to apply 1 time and the rash is gone. Only brand of diaper rash cream I use.

I've never used anything else but design. Even before I had my daughter this is what we bought for nieces and nephews. It's also great for chaffing. My husband needs it every nor and then for that. And it clears up very quick.

I think it’s the thickest cream for diaper rashes, so I feel like it stays on the best. I’ve never had a reaction to it & neither has my son, so this is what we use!
