I have tried so many different diaper rash cream‘s over the years. What I have eventually learned, is that all you need is a barrier basically. This stuff does that. I would recommend it. I continue to buy it for my kids.

This has been my go to when both of my girls butts were very red. The cream is nice and thick, stays on well and let’s my baby’s butt heal well. I always keep some of these packets with me just incase.

We have tried SO MANY diaper rash creams. The purple desitin is hands down the only thing that will clear my sensitive kids bottoms right up from bad bouts of diaper rash. Will always include this in baby shower gifts!

My daughter had a terrible diaper rash and the diaper rash cream I was using wasn't helping at all. I out Deaitin on her before bed and when she woke up the next morning her rash was pretty much gone! I've used Desitin ever since.

This was the only thing that cleared up my daughters diaper rash! I tried out multiple other diaper rash creams but this is the only thing that worked! I will definitively continue using it and would 100% recommend it

Tbh I don’t see the difference between this one or the blue one but I like this one best. Even tho it’s VERY greasy but it helped more than other products

This stuff works great on diaper rash. I used it on my son when he was little the times he got it which wasn't many. I've seen it used on kid that had a really bad rash and it cleared it up in a couple days.

This is great when you need to create a thick layer between your child’s diaper and their skin! Also works well if you have any chafing on your thighs when I work out I sometimes get a little irritated Desitin helps so much.

Worked well for my LO. Thankfully, he hasn't had many diaper rashes but desitin got the job done for us. I think it was soothing for his pitiful bottom as well as protected it from getting worse

What happened, all these years desitan stuck to the kid. This new formula is useless, right off onto the diaper. Where's the value to putting desitan on a diaper! We need it on the bum
