I could not say anything bad about this rash cream. Works fast and you can buy this product pretty much anywhere. My daughter had no side effects from this cream at all

Literally the only diaper cream that works for my daughters. Will clear up a rash within hours. Decently priced and easy packaging. Smell is decent not terrible not the worst smelling cream I’ve ever smelled

Love this cream it always works unlike som of the others I’ve tried in my daughter heals rashes in a matter of a day or two and it’s easy to use and you only need a little cuz it gos a long ways very satisfied with this product

This is the only product that I use for my child, and I would recommend it a thousand times over. This product is super effective and is a great value for the cost.

My holy grail baby butt product! I swear nothing works as great as Desitin. Over the course of two kids with skin issues, I've tried several different diaper rash ointments and creams and NOTHING even comes close to Desitin! 

Desitin is the only diaper cream we use anymore, it works great and our child will specifically ask for it if he needs it. It is the only effective diaper cream we've come across and we are so satisfied with it

This stuff is thick and makes a really nice barrier. I know I’m in the minority but I love the smell of desitin. I’ve never had a chance to try this on a ‘bad’ rash but it gets rid of redness almost instantly.

Amazing diaper rash cream. The only one that works for my kids. Doesn't burn and works really fast. Rarely have to apply it more than twice to see results. Affordable and lasts a long time.

We have tried so many different diaper creams and this has been the best one for my babies! It’s a thicker texture which helps so much with diaper rashes!!

When my baby gets diaper rash I just put some of this on the infected area and it clears up very quickly. It doesn't break my baby out like some creams.
