This is a go to, trusted brand for diaper rash ointment. Works quickly and effectively. The packaging is nice and easy to find on shelves. The price point is good and this always works for us. I will continue using this and would recommend to others

Best diaper rash cream. Our kids had sensitive skin and legit the only thing to get rid of red bottoms. It was super thick do it stayed in place and kept fairly well when it was just pee.

I didn't really notice a huge difference from this to the regular. It didn't do any better or worse but I love desitin for diaper rashes. It seems to work better than any other one I tried.

I keep this stuff on hand! In the diaper bag, in the bedroom, and family members homes. It’s almost like intense relief. I don’t just use it on my infant but my 4 year old when he hasn’t wiped good enough with potty training and he gets a rash.

Stronger scent than some comparable products but the cost is also a little lower, which is a plus. Works great, rash/redness always went away quickly.

I use just an extra strength with every diaper change. It helps prevent diaper rash as well as heals existing rash. My son doesn't do well with citrus fruits and this is always on standby when he's eating is oranges.
