I gave this 4 stars because it’s not my favorite or go to diaper rash cream. What I do like about this cream is that it does help with diaper rash, it’s not too expensive and you can find it at almost any store.

This cream blew me out of the water. It helped my son feel better and look better quicker than I expected. It's a thicker consistency, so it stays longer & protects better. It's affordable and I would recommend.

Desitin is a product for diaper rash very good I like to use it for my baby since its results are quite fast I recommend one hundred percent Desitin Maximum Strength Original Zinc Oxide Paste

The maximum strength is the bomb! It helped so much with out baby’s’ diaper rash! It helps prevent and clear up. We are multiple time buyers and love desitin. The price point works for the product that you get.

This was our go to everyday ointment for our little one. It works well for everyday and mild rashes! But when she would get a pretty bad diaper rash this wouldn’t work for it.

I love this stuff. It works amazing and it’s not to expensive. When I was having issues with my daughters diaper rash this was the only thing that got rid of it so quickly. If it’s a really bad rash I highly recommend.

My son would get super chapped from his wet diapers the desitin helped keep him from getting a diaper rash and keep his little bottom from getting to sore

This always clears my daughters diaper rash in 1-2 days depending on the severity of the rash. The product is great the only problem I have is getting it all over the place. But other than my operator error it’s a great product.

This ointment is so powerful. It’s helps current rashes as well as create a barrier so no new rashes occur. When my twins are sick they always have very acidic poops. This helps them to not have a sore bottom. Use this product!
