This works wonders on my baby’s bottom! I can put a small amount of cream on him and his whole rash is gone by the next diaper change! It exceeded all of my expectations! I will continue to recommend this to other parents.

I mean it is effective,consistency is thick and ain't watery. Just that the smell is so strong. I don't love it's scent that's all but overall it's effective and I am still using it.
