I honestly applied this on my daughter’s bottom since she was born lol she’s now two and every time i haven’t she’s gotten a diaper rash so this is definitely a life saver!

Would never use anything else if I had a choice. Her diaper never gives her a rash if we use desitin. Before a long car ride we lather it on and she is so happy. No fussing.

I love Desitin for our baby. It is thick and perfect for creating that barrier needed. This size is perfect for use at home or to throw in the diaper bag. Desitin helps prevent diaper rash as well as heal it if we have it.

Truly the best diaper cream in all the land. Since I first used it with my baby I knew it was great. Works super fast and doesn't hurt her sensitive skin. I've tried other protects and nothing compares to it. Highly recommend everyone!!!

It works pretty well but I've found that there have been times that I had to get something else because this just didn't do the trick. I would recommend this but always have a backup just in case.

This cream is definitely my go to product when my baby starts getting irritation. It works faster then any other one I have tried and does it very quickly. One use and there is no more discomfort or complaints.

Always used this because of the zinc content. Sometimes mixed it with squalor n worked wonders in quickly healing rash.I have faith in this brand. Keeps my toddler happy. Price wise ok.

I find that this is the only thing that helps with my little ones diaper rashes. Within the next diaper change of me applying it he already looks a lot better
