Been using desitin in for years, from my kids to our grand kids. Stuff works great for diaper rashes and just to put a barrier from wetness.. nice creamy texture. Spreads easy and all.

This stuff is amazing! One application and my son's rash is completely gone. It's thick so it doesnt just rub off on the diaper. It smells pretty good as well. I've used it during the summer for chafing and it works overnight! No more discomfort!

As I said in my other review it’s my favorite brand of diaper rash cream, just that the maximum strength is literally the better option well it was for my son

This is my go to for bad cases of diaper rash. Clean baby with water (no diaper wipes), apply a good amount of the paste, and repeat with each diaper change. It should help the rash clear up quickly.

Desitin is very effective product, the texture is very dense but is perfect because protect my baby for any rash, it does not have scent and the packaging is good, also something important is that desitin is affordable

This has helped the entire family not just our babies. Works great soothes nicely and doesnt burn. With my babies I used this along with using 1 size up on the diapers.

Love this maximum strength butt paste! It works well for most rashes and is thicker then the original!We choose this one for a normal diaper rash and it takes it away pretty fast!

Anytime we had a really bad rash (which luckily wasn’t not often), using this especially overnight always helped my kids heal better. Highly recommend. It was like instant relief for the kids and would just get better overtime
