This was recommended by our pediatrician to not only use when our little guy has diaper rash, but to prevent it in the first place. It creates a barrier to protect his little tush and we see it working well.

I have used this for all of my children and it always works so well and gets the job done! You do pay for the quality but it is not too expensive. Very thick texture and no scent! The packaging makes it easy to apply also!

Desitin is my number one recommendation to new parents. We tried so many different diaper rash creams and this trumps them all. My daughter's diaper rash has always greatly diminished after one application. 

Desitin works magic it’s thick but it helps relieve diaper rash fast. I would recommend using a application product to put on baby butt as it seems to get everywhere if you just apply with your hands but hands down best product ever.
