This is a great product for mild to moderate diaper rash. It's inexpensive and easy to find. Usually, I've found that it clears up more minor rashes in just a couple of uses. It also works well as a barrier to keep moisture off of baby's skin.

I like this rash cream because it is thick and 40% zinc oxide. It helps keep the wetness away from the rash area. It is easy to clean with the right wipes.

This is by far my most favorite diaper rash cream to use. I can put on good layer on and at the next diaper change, all redness and signs of rash will be gone. I would recommend this to anyone who had small children in diapers!

Good stuff! Works great as a preventative tool but also only took a few days to clear up a rash, too. Doesn't smell terrible and you know once you put it on, it'l stay.

Destin is the brand to beat out all other brands. This one works the best while it is still affordable. I know it’s going to clear up any diaper rash no matter how bad very quickly. A day or less. I use this before the poor too for their bums!

We use Desitin for the everyday diaper rash or even if theyre bottom is getting a little red. Clears right up! Usually right over night. Dont even use and other creams this is always our go to.

We love this! It gets rid of diaper rash FAST and is easy to wipe off when you need to re apply. We have multiple tubes throughout the house and diaper bags because we can’t go anywhere with out this just in case we need it!

I really like this diaper cream for hard to kick rashes. I would put it on before bed in the morning, and my child would wake up almost perfectly cleared up! I would recommend this diaper cream to anyone with a troubling rash on their little one.
