I have yet to find a diaper rash cream better than the maximum strength Desitin. My toddler says it takes the pain of a rash right away! We love to keep this on hand. It's affordable. Works wonders.

This is a nice thick paste that heals a rash and prevents it from getting worse. I like that this brand doesn’t rub off in the diaper and stays until the next change.

This brand works great. Like most rash creams it is very thick, and hard to wash off hands. While I like this product I will probably try a more natural brand next time it’s needed.

This is pure life saver - no matter how often you change a baby’s diaper they are bound to have some discomfort at some point - this one is the miracle worker. It’s fast acting, inexpensive, and the tube last a while.

Swear Desitin for diaper rash. Seriously clears everything up by the next diaper change. At least for mild cases. I’ve been luck that my son hasn’t had any horrible rashes.

I use this product when my little one has a mild diaper rash/slight irritation. It isn’t the worst but it isn’t the best, it’s kind of an in between product.. but it comes in handy.

This stuff is the real OG. It always does the trick. My babies didn’t get rashes often but when they did this would take them away quickly. It’s has a funky smell but I think most diaper creams do.

Gets rid of diaper rashes super fast! Super thick cream. She only con is I have a girl and since it is so thick after a while it rubs into her crack and gets in there. Difficult to wipe away.

I use this product for my son whenever we need that extra barrier for his bottom, as he has very sensitive skin. I’ve always used It for other purpose such as a skin barrier, which has been great too!

I honestly applied this on my daughter’s bottom since she was born lol she’s now two and every time i haven’t she’s gotten a diaper rash so this is definitely a life saver!
