You have to lather on quite a bit, but it works almost immediately. I tried a different cheaper brand that didn't work so quickly & when your baby or toddler is in pain from a rash, you need a product that works right away.

Once again, it's been a long time since I have needed any diaper Tash cream, bit when it was necessary, Desitin did the trick every time. Old reliable. It's known for a reason!

I know this is the classic diaper paste. However it really works great. And one use my daughters bottom always improves and I normally only have to use it a couple times or when a rash starts to form. Very affordable!

The daily defense cream is great, but when it's already too late the Desitin maximum strength is the best. It can clear a rash in 2 to 3 days, it makes life a whole lot easier.

Desitin is the only ointment we used for our boys diaper rash. Very little went a long way ! It worked effectively in a short period of time! It is comforting for a fussy baby!

We have been using design from the beginning with our kids, but only the tub because it is so much easier to use. Now the tub is gone so we have to change. If the tubs come back we will buy it but the tubes (of any brand) are of limited use.

I noticed my daughters bottom start to get a little red one night. I put some of this desitin maximum strength paste on her, and her rash stopped before it even started!
